Beach “N” Bay Getaway is directly situated across from Mobile Bay (St. Andrew's Bay) and has a magnificent view from the north side of the house, including both the main and upper decks. The view of the Gulf of Mexico sparkles so brilliantly from the back (south) deck, and with the brilliant white sand, your sunshades will always be in order. We call it Beach “N” Bay Getaway because it really is the best of both worlds. It’s centered right between Mobile Bay and the Beach on the Gulf side. If you have family or people in your group that love the beach as well as fishing and kayaking it’s really the perfect spot. Both are within about 500 ft. from our newly painted decks both with great views of both bodies of water. Picture yourself sitting on the back deck soaking up the sun, while hearing the sound of the pounding surf, drinking in the smell of the warm salt air, and hearing the call of the laughing sea gulls circling above, with a lone Pelican slowly lumbering past.... You don't want to sit in the sun? Well, there is a lovely concreted area underneath the house with a picnic table, a large swing, and room to relax out of the sun but still hearing the surf, seeing the beach, smelling the salt air and feeling the constant Gulf southerly breeze blowing against your face.
Our two (2) story, 1500 sq. ft., three (3) bedroom, two and a half (2.5) baths, full size washer/dryer, with a fully equipped kitchen---is all you need for your beach get away. Conveniently situated just 125 yards from the actual beach (beach side, with deeded beach access) and the stunning Mobile Bay on the other---with small boat access at the natural boat launch...and a birding site to boot!
