Welcome to one of the largest units available in this complex. A23 offers 4 bedrooms , 2 sleeper sofa and 3 baths, sleeping 10, making it very family friendly, plenty of space for a large group and still enough room so that you're under each other. An onsite pool and boardwalk out to the beach makes your stay that much more enjoyable. Bring your beach toys and chairs and come relax on the private beach used for complex guest only. Traveling with more than 10, be sure to check out the other units we have available in this same complex. A11(850835) , also Unit B12(3758387). Need more units for a larger family then check this out. Be sure to remember that this unit sleeps no more than 10, children included, Golf Cart and Bike rentals on the island. Family Vacation

Great location! The unit has tons of room. We had a party of 12 and could have slept several more. Loved having the pool and the walk to the beach isn’t bad.

Awesome vacay

This was our second stay at this place…we love how much space we have for all of the family to be together. There are many things that does need to be updated or fixed. Cleaning is questionable especially the floors.

Wonderful Family Holiday mini-vacation

This condo has everything you need to enjoy a large family getaway. We were able to easily prepare Thanksgiving dinner as well as many other meals. The kitchen is well stocked! The unit is large enough that 8 of us were able to spread out and have family time as well as alone time. Would definitely recommend this condo!

Great Family Getaway

Condo was in an excellent location to the beach, very spacious, decorated in tasteful beach decor, equipped with everything needed. Very pleased for the cost of the unit. Family had a wonderful time would like to come back when weather a little warmer. Only negative comment is that the condo seems to be an older development and has some cosmetic issues but nothing that affected our stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

The place was large enough for our group. Rhonda was exceptional host, especially since we booked last minute. The kitchen was very well stocked. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Nice and very spacious great for multiple people. The walk to the beach is a little far so it's not good for some with handicaps.

Wonderful family vacation

We loved our stay here…the condo had everything we needed; kitchen was well stocked and the unit had a lively dining room table that we gathered around for meals. We enjoyed our ocean view and the bedrooms were nice and spacious with comfortable mattresses. We met one of the neighbors and the owner and they were very nice and helpful. We will remember this trip as a very special place to share quality family time!

Perfect for families!

We absolutely loved our stay. Was such a peaceful location. We had the pool and beach to ourselves quite a bit. It is an older unit but been maintained very well. We had no issues and neighbors were so nice. We will definitely be coming back. Best beach trip we have ever taken.

Just what we were wanting!

We had a great time staying at the property with our 6 kids ranging in age from 8-15 years old. We did condo, beach, pool repeat all week. The sunsets were gorgeous and it was the perfect relaxed, family atmosphere we were looking for our big group! We would totally come back next year!

Condo is in a great location with a lot of room to spread out. Condo is well stocked for cooking. However, the kitchen faucet desperately needs replaced. The property manager, Denise, is amazing!!

It was a great stay & we had a fantastic time! We would stay again. Only complaint we really had was the freezer was dirty & the ice maker was dirty we had to clean them both first thing to even use them. Not sure the floors had been mopped either.

The property was as listed. Little condo community with a pool and beach access. Neighbors were very friendly. Condo was very spacious and decently maintained. We had a large group of 12, had plenty of space. Great location on the islands for relaxation!

Best views

The house was older than what was showed online but, big enough and everything we needed to space out. Not a long walk to beach. Beach was not crowded at all we could always go at night and search for crabs the kids and grandkids enjoyed it so much. The pool was never over crowded. This was one of my favorite places to go.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This is exactly what my heart needed. From the moment we got to the property all the worries of everyday life just melted away. The condo was clean and beautiful. It had all of the normal items from home and we really didn't need anything. The internet connection was a little spotty but that was to be expected because of where we were and it helped to not have our phones connected to us. The beach and pool areas were just amazing. This little island is perfect to get away. Thank you so much to our hosts for making this stay so wonderful.

We had a great time on the island and would definitely return to the area. However, the rental did not meet expectations. The photos were somewhat misleading, and the home was not as clean as expected. We had to clean several areas ourselves—most notably the refrigerator with old food spills—and the towels had a strong sour odor. The home felt very cluttered due to excessive decor, which made it feel less like a rental and more like someone’s private space. The downstairs bathroom had a strong urine smell, the upstairs guest shower showed signs of mold and dirty grout, and the master toilet was loose and unsteady. That said, we did appreciate the games that were provided—they were a nice touch for family game nights. With better cleaning, updates, and less clutter, this property could be much more enjoyable.

Wear shoes in the house

Any questions were readily answered by Rhonda. It was nice to get to the beach easily, but there were some disappointments. There was really only one bedroom with a closet. The downstairs room had lumber in one closet and half filled shelves in the other. Another rm had no closet at all. Whoever is supposed to clean has not washed floors in a very long time. Our feet were so black that it looked like black ink flowing in the shower.

Pleasant stay on the beach.

My family and I really enjoyed staying in this unit. Having the two stories made it feel as if we were staying in a house. It is older, but does have some upgrades. The kids had plenty of room upstairs (5 boys and 2 girls) while hubby and I had downstairs. Just a short walk to the beach (you can see the water from the unit, but not the sand), on sidewalks to the boardwalk, or you can cut thru the grass for quicker access. Although, mosquitos were in full force, so we didn’t go thru the grass often. The kids liked the pool…it says 3 ft but most definitely felt deeper, so think life jackets for smaller kids. It goes to 8 ft. The island is quiet and about 20 mins to the nearest Dollar General and about 40 mins to the nearest Walmart. If you are church goers, there is Dauphin Island Baptist that is only 5 minutes from the condos that we enjoyed. It was definitely a pleasant stay, even with all the rainy days we had. Several games in the cabinet for the kids and satellite to watch tv. Rhonda was great to respond quickly when the dryer didn’t want to dry and a curtain rod fell, and promptly came out the next morning. Thanks so much for being a great host…I would recommend!
