Property was fantastic! It is convenient walking distance to all kinds of family fun, and fantastic views of the beach. We particularly liked that it was only one floor up from parking, which made the stairs an easy choice when elevators were busy.

5 stars all around! Outside of one elevator being down during check in, we had the absolute best stay! Condo was clean, inviting and had kids toys ready to go! We would love to stay here again.

Loved this condo it was perfect for the kids on a low level close to the beach entrance and had games, books, and toys for small children ! Also enough equipment for the beach. We had a great time and are sad to leave!

Everything is top notch with the rental unit … but beware of the insanely long wait times for an elevator! Tip: if you park on the 3rd floor of the parking garage you’ll only have one more story to go… so using the stairs isn’t out of the question.

Check-in was easy, and the location on the 4th floor makes it easy to get to without having to wait for the elevator. The location is great- right on the beach with restaurants and shops close by. The pool and hot tub are a great option to take a break from the beach. The condo is very family friendly with toys perfect for younger kids and board games available. Very comfortable bedrooms. The perfect amount of space for our family.

This a great complex for families. Beautiful beach views, easy walk to the beach, the hot tub and pool area is nice and the building is close to just about everything you'll need ok the area--restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc. our particular condo was exactly as described and a great get away for our family!

Offered everything we needed for our little vacation. Location was perfect and the pool was enjoyed by all. The ocean views were perfect andbthe beds were the most comfortable ive been in. The babies loves the kiddie pool area so much i was woke up at 630 in the morning asking nana we go to pool.

Great place!!

Was such a beautiful and wonderful time visiting Gulf Shores with my family! The view on the balcony was beautiful, our stay was 10/10! The condo was very nice inside and comfortable for my family of 8 we had enough room and space for us all. The beach wasn’t a far walk at all, we really enjoyed the pool/kiddo area. We can’t wait to come back! Everything is close by & can even walk to the hangout restaurant!

Excellent property!

This condo was perfect! Excellent location, very clean, and had everything you could need! The beach toys and toys/games in the condo were perfect for the kids! We had a slight issue with the keypad working and the owners were prompt in getting the issues resolved very quickly! Would definitely stay again!

This condo was not represented online with updated actual pictures. Light fixtures needed bulbs changed out, shower was in horrible shape with black mold, dryer vent was broken, blowing lent all over everything and seemed to have been broken for some time, condo was not clean for what cleaning price is in the rental fee. Have been staying at sea wind for years, this condo was a letdown, would not recommend this unit 403.

This guest seemed to be looking for something to complain about. We received a picture of hair behind the master closet door with a ding in the baseboard not touched up. True, we wish the maid had seen that and cleaned behind the door and the baseboard had been touched up, but we offered to come back and clean anything needed and the offer was refused. The toilet paper holder was broken, but it was the first we had been told of that issue and we offered to come fix/replace it the next day, but the offer was refused so it was fixed the day the renters checked out. If we don't know, we can't fix it, so I appreciate being told. The renter didn't say anything about any mold in the shower, nor have other guests? We will be sure to look for that and clean if found. The dryer vent was indeed broken, but THIS renter didn't tell us! The next renter did and we fixed it the very next day. It had broken in half behind the dryer and was an easy fix. We try to be very responsive to any issues as fast as humanly possible. We are sorry this renter was disappointed.

Fantastic! Enjoyed our time at Seawind in Gulf Shores

The owners and property manager was so accommodating and responded quickly when reaching out with any questions. The location was perfect with beach access and wonderful views from inside and on the balcony. The color scheme was soothing and the decor was well done without being too beachy. It was clean and had everything we needed plus space to spread out. You can easily walk to many restaurants and shops. We would certainly book this condo again!

Amazing Condo

We absolutely loved the condo. We will definitely book again. The location and view was amazing. Being on the 4th floor was perfect. The only negative thing about the place was the elevator always being packed. Other than that, it was perfect.
