WE DO NOT HAVE CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS. We will take care of everything.

Your vacation retreat boasts 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large loft with a bar, a well equipped kitchen, and 4 smart TV's with DirecTV. Enjoy the backyard oasis, mature landscaping, pool/spa, covered patio with tables, chairs, barbecue, and your own putting green! The location is ideal because it is close enough, but far enough! The Las Vegas strip is only a $20 uber ride or 10 miles away, yet far enough to escape the madness and truly relax in this peaceful family friendly neighborhood.

The property comes well equipped with all the comforts of home. If by some chance you need something that is not there, don't hesitate to ask for it. We live a few houses away and we probably have it at our house.

The property, as required by the city of Henderson, has a noise monitor inside and outside the home. This device does not record. It only measures noise in decibels. There are security cameras on the outside of the home to ensure only registered guests stay on property.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

I don’t think I can really say enough about how wonderful this was! My husband and I took our two sons, two daughters-in-law and two granddaughters to Vegas for a family party. The house was clean, the yard was beautiful, the pool was wonderful! There was plenty of room for all of us. The host Luke, was great with communication! Check-in was easy, anything we needed was there and check out was super easy too. We will definitely stay there again if we go back out!

We enjoyed the pool, though we had to pay extra to have it heated. I would have one suggestion, though. for the downstairs bathroom. ...it would be nice to have a towel bar for the hand towel and maybe a hook on the back of the door to hang the bath towel for reuse!

Overall house was clean and comfortable. Pool was nice and good sized. Hosts were easy to contact and communicate with. As with most VRBO’s we have stated at, most everything was available for home cooking, large refrigerator/freezer w/ice and water, towels, laundry, soaps, etc. Downstairs living room leather reclining seating w/ceiling fan. Standing fans available for more air flow as needed, tho AC was enough for us. There is a bar upstairs with barstools tho will need to have a cooler or similar if want to have drinks/snacks there while enjoying the large tv & comfortable leather lounge seating. Small work station fronting the upstairs window overlooking main roadway. wifi throughout home, able to attend school courses and run work meetings. Multiple personal devices worked well. All 4 bedrooms carpeted, comfortable king, queens and twin sized beds w/clean linen. All 3 baths were clean, showers in all, tub & dual vanities in both upstairs. Lots of storage/closet area throughout. Nice bbq and patio area outside. We were there last week of May outside temps around 80-90, requested the pool be heated used pool all day 10am thru closing at 10pm. Neighborhood quiet, nice upkeep.Great stay for our family of 10 hanging out for a week.

I can honestly say that this is one of the best stays I've have had ever! The hosts were more than accommodating and the house was AMAZING!! The house is in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors as well, not too far from Las Vegas but far enough not to have to deal with all the extra Vegas comes with.I will definitely try to book this place my next trip

This house is in a very good location. The neighborhood is very quiet & it’s only a 20-30 minute to anywhere you want to go in Vegas. It was very clean. The pool area is excellent. We came out to celebrate a 40th Birthday party, and this property did not disappoint. It was clean, had a well stocked kitchen with pots/pans/utensils, comfortable beds, and the outdoor space was excellent; perfect sized pool for the 7 of us, fun putting green and shaded outdoor seating. The owners were very responsive but also gave us the privacy expected.

Oh man, this place was perfect for our two families which included 6 kids. The house had all the tools for cooking and cleaning, so much space for games and activities, and of course the backyard is great! House is close to nearly everything you need. Best grill of any vacation rental I’ve ever used! Great communication, overall fantastic experience.
