About this property
Peaceful & secluded, set in beautiful countryside & only 30 mins from the sea
Le Haut Provost comprises two converted barns having all modern facilities, including fibre internet (never guaranteed) whilst still maintaining a rustic French country house feel. It sleeps 4 in the Main House and 2+2(mezzanine) in the Annexe. It is in a quiet country lane making it very safe for children and/or pets. There is a pretty, south-facing private garden, which has stunning uninterrupted views across open countryside.
The property is ideally situated to explore the area; it is 10 minutes from the medieval town of Rochefort and 15 minutes from the river port of La Roche Bernard. It is 30 minutes drive to several lovely sandy beaches, with plenty of rockpools, and a similar distance from the beautiful town of Vannes and the rest of the Golfe de Morbihan. Further afield, there is the walled town of Guerande, the trendy resort of La Baule and the fabulous cities of Nantes and Rennes.
