Perfect Weekend Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this loft in downtown Siloam Springs. The location is perfect! We walked to restaurants for breakfast and dinner. The loft itself is clean and beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed in a lot of rental properties and this one was one of my favorites! I LOVED the decor! Located in the quiet and quaint downtown of Siloam Springs, the unit is impeccably clean, much bigger than it appears in the photos, charming and has everything you need.

Incredible location!

We love this loft that is located in historic downtown with walking distance to cafe's, shopping, restaurants and nightlife. So much so, that this is the second time we have booked this home. The kitchen is fully equipped, all furnishings are so comfortable and the patio loft area has amazing views with such style! Our host was so accommodating and quick to respond. You cannot go wrong staying here! We look forward to our next stay here.

Beautiful loft

We LOVED our stay at this beautiful and well appointed loft! It was all so gorgeous and especially nice to have high quality kitchenware since we eat in a lot. And the bed was sooo comfortable. We had a warm welcome and excellent communication during our stay-Mike made sure that we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much.

Loving the loft

Tucked away in the cute downtown of Siloam is the cutest loft. Updated with a fun flow and a place you want to stay and hang out in while in town. We highly recommend this fun modern old feel loft apartment. Amazing layout with a relaxing deck to enjoy time visiting with company, watch the cars go by, take in the amazing views of the waterways and park or watch the sunset. We will be returning soon to enjoy the home comforts. You don’t want to miss this one.

We stayed here to attend a family get together. The Siloam Springs area was very convenient and the loft was amazing. Quirky, cozy, cute and comfortable.

Great place

Mike was an awesome host and very attentive to our needs. The loft is everything we could have possibly wanted. The old school shabby chic decor is the style my wife loves and the reason for our choosing this cute place. The only bummer can be waking up to loud music and dancing kids at 7am on a Saturday because there is a dancing studio directly below the loft. Didn't bother us because we're early risers, but could be a concern for some. Still 5 plus stars!!

Best Friends Getaway

My best friend and I stayed for a nice getaway the beginning of December. We LOVED the loft, it was decorated so cute for Christmas and the furnishings were amazing. The host Mike was extremely helplful and hosptitable. The patio was super cute and we spent as much time out there as we could. The only issue we had (and it wasn't with the loft or host) is that Studio B School of Dance is just below the loft and not "Cari's Closet" as seen in the pictures. We did have to exit the loft a few week day evenings due to the noise from the classes. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Thanksgiving Holidays

Beautiful Loft. We were able to host a Pre-Thanksgiving diner on the patio with our family. The outdoor heater and decor was fantastic.

Exactly As Advertised

A/C is controlled remotely by the property it was very hot in there our first night! We arrived late and had to deal with it. However, in the morning, communication was great and the issue was resolved. Very nice place. I’d highly recommend it if you’ll be looking in this area.

Perfect location.

We stayed over the 4th of July weekend. Great view of different (personal) fireworks displays. Birds-eye view of the city park and within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Exceptionally clean, well maintained, and fantastic property! We really enjoyed our stay.

Weekend getaway

Our stay at the loft far exceeded our expectations. The pictures don't do it justice. We spent a lot of time on the patio deck enjoying the exquisite view of the park and fountains. Several restaurants and shops within walking distance. We will definitely be back.

Beyond Perfect!

This loft will make you feel like your staying in one of those loft design magazines. No detail was left out when it came to decorating and furnshing this place, including the outdoor deck and bar. It couldn't have been in a better location overlooking the creek from every angle and just step away from shopping and restaurants. The owner was very accomdating and quick to respond to our requests. I've stayed in many VRBO or properties and will definitely be coming back to this one!
