Perfectly located two and half blocks from the beach in the highly desirable Crystal Beach area of Destin. 3 bedroom/2.5 baths plus loft. All bedrooms/loft have blackout blinds and smart TVs. Large living room with leather sofas and smart TV. The kitchen has stainless gas oven, refrigerator, microwave, and all amenities. The dining room has a table to seat eight people comfortably. Beautiful wrap around deck with screened in porch. The backyard includes a fenced in pool, outdoor dining table, gas grill and outdoor shower. Plenty of beach amenities including a wagon, cooler, chairs, umbrella and toys. Two child booster seats for dining table, baby gate and two Pack N Plays available upon request.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay and the property met all of our needs. The home is well stocked with everything you need and is a 5 minute walk to the ocean. Our only concern is all the cameras outside of the home, it felt a bit invasive while using the outdoor porches.

Family meets luxury

We can’t say enough wonderful things about this property. The moment we walked in the door, this house was beautiful. A lot bigger then pictures let on as well. Rory was extremely accommodating and had everything we needed as a family with toddlers and a baby. The back yard space is great, loved that the pool had a seperate gate made me feel at ease with the toddlers. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you need. I would stay here again every year!

Wonderful Getaway

The house was tastefully decorated, well equipped & comfortable! We enjoyed soaking up the sun at the pool, sunsets at the beach & the screened porch in the evenings! Rory was so easy to work with & very informative! We would definitely stay again!

Great vacation house!

Clean, well stocked and comfy beds. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach. Beach toys, chairs & umbrellas are even provided. Our family of five had a wonderful time!

Perfect family-friendly spot!

10/10 stay! We traveled with our grandparents, parents, and our two children aged 1 and 3. The house was well stocked with wagons, beach umbrella, chairs. toys, baby gates, pack n play, high chair, etc. The pool was great and the beach was 3 min walking distance from the house. Shopping and groceries are a short 10 walk (if that) and bike ride away. We loved this quiet, luxurious neighborhood. We loved the big dining table for dinners together and hanging out in the sunroom. Crystal Beach is gorgeous, crystal clear water with soft, white sand. Very family friendly and relaxed! Rory this host was very responsive and helpful the few times I reached out. We highly recommend this house and would love to visit again. Thank you!

Best place we have stayed in Destin!

We have been making annual trips to Destin for about 5 years now. This place has been our favorite place to stay! Rory is so easy to work with and the house is amazing! The beds are the BEST! We have 4 kids under 10 and the pool was perfect for them! We would recommend this property to everyone!

Great family getaway

We really enjoyed our time in Destin. The house was lovely, close to the beach and other attractions. The pool was great and we enjoyed having space to both spend time time together as a family and have separate areas for relaxation. Great house, great host, very quick to communicate. Highly recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay here the house was beautiful, the pool was gated, and the walk to the beach was short. I will say that the internet wasn’t that great, but it worked enough that our tv in our room would play Netflix.

Beautiful Place and Location

The house is very nice and as described. The one thing not noted are the outside cameras which the property owner regularly checks. The house is just minutes from the beach and a perfect location from shops and restaurants. Follow all the rules in the binder left by the property owner and you'll have no issues.

Perfect beach get away!

We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property. We were looking for a COVID-safe way to enjoy warmer weather this winter and this house and location exceeded our expectations! The house is well-stocked and supplied all around, very clean, the pool is amazing (& worth the fee to heat it), and it's only 1 block from the beach! The owner, Rory, was super responsive to any questions we had both before and during our stay. Our family would definitely stay here again!

Perfect winter getaway

Can’t say enough about this property. Great location, well stocked and very clean. Host was very helpful and we will definitely be back! Layout of the house was perfect for our group of 6. Teens loved the third floor room. So much to do within walking/biking distance or a short drive.

We have a great time at Pelicans Perch, the house had everything that we need, very spacious and very clean. The communication was Rory was outstanding, great guy. Very close to the beach as it says, very close to everything, great location.
