A loggia arranged as a dining room. Upstairs, you will find 1 bedroom with a 160cm bed + wardrobe, 1 bedroom with 2 90cm beds, 1 shower room with toilet. Accommodation with a parking space and a shared bicycle storage. Ideally well located in a quiet area while having the city centre only 500m away. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday with the possibility of doing everything on foot, this property is for you! An obligatory end-of-stay cleaning fee of 100 euros is payable on site.
