Enjoy 250' of gorgeous sugar sand frontage on beautiful East Grand Traverse Bay in Beach Condominium unit #326. Our condo features a King Bed with a Sleeper Sofa, perfect for your guests.
Each smoke free, professionally decorated, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit at the Beach Condominium Hotel includes over 750 SqFt of living space, a fully equipped kitchen, a whirlpool tub, a private deck, unlimited panoramic views of the Bay and simply spectacular sunsets! Plus, there’s also the heated seasonal outdoor pool, grand whirlpool spa, Dish Network HD Programming and free Wi-Fi access.
The Beach Condominiums are individually owned and not a Condo Hotel. This condo is managed by Northern Michigan Escapes with a dedicated Portfolio Manager to assist you remotely.

Great view....but a Very Tired Condo...

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the price we paid, this is an extremely overly worn out condo. Needs paint, carpet, updated furniture, updated appliances and a total kitchen and bathroom overhaul! Popped up nails on the small balcony deck. Drippy kitchen sick, extremely loud a/c unit. The bathroom counter only had one sink, the shower was very small and super outdated. The large jacuzzi tub took up so much of the bathroom and honestly....why? They are so unnecessary and just breed bacteria! Unfortunately, the online pictures were deceiving. This was a miss!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The faucets leaked, the sink was severely cracked, the furniture was very old, the shower was tiny and the water temperature was temperamental. Maintenance and an update were needed.

The jacuzzi tub would not work inside at all, and the outside tub wouldn’t work. There should be a refund amount for this . We also cleaned up but the room was nice . Jacuzzi is unavailable

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: (Full disclosure, we were offered an upgrade from the unit we originally booked, but opted to stay with the unit we booked)The unit is in need of updating, but we can look past that, we aren't picky, and don't need a 5-star room. What we couldn't look past was the obvious bodily fluid stain on the bedspread, and the fact that half of the lights didn't work, or were burnt out. Had those two things been remedied our stay would have been perfect, even if the unit was dated.
