Escape to a beachy paradise in this stylish 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo located near the water in Northern Michigan. Our unit is on the first floor and does not immediately face the water. Relax in the cozy, comfortable atmosphere and enjoy the clean surroundings. With easy access to the water and plenty of parking, this first-floor unit is perfect for a hassle-free getaway. Check in with ease and spend your days lounging on the sandy beach or exploring the beautiful surroundings. This is the ultimate vacation destination for a beach lover looking for a comfortable, convenient retreat.

The Pool and Sauna will open for summer after Memorial Day in May. Peninsula Bay Resort offers an outdoor pool, hot tub and grill area, along with beach chairs to relax on the beach.

Enjoy 3 50-inch SMART ROKU TVs with all the streaming apps and local cable TV via the Spectrum app. 1 TV in each bedroom and the living room.

Nearby restaurants, grocery stores, bicycle rentals, coffee shops and the local tart trail.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was spacious and perfect for our family of five — plenty of room so we never felt cramped. The private beach was just steps away and absolutely beautiful; it often felt like we had it all to ourselves. The home was nicely decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed. The boys especially loved the games, and having plenty of towels was a big plus. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the location, space, and amenities. This is a fairly new and unique property. Enjoy a central location in the Traverse City region with nearby downtown TC only 10 minutes away. Enjoy a common area outdoor heated pool and hottub. There are two walkable water sport rental spots right off the sandy beach. We love the walkout on the ground level allowing quick and easy access to the sandy beach. Perfect for families!
