This two bedroom condo in High Pointe Beach Resort 124 offers everything you could want in a vacation rental. Large glass windows offer a dazzling views of High Pointe Beach Resort’s lagoon style waterfall pool. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine on the pool-front patio while watching the kids play outdoors. Flat-screen TVs, stereo, and plenty of seating for family and friends mean that everyone will be well-entertained and comfortable.   The dining table seats six and counter-stools at the adjacent bar can accommodate three. Additionally the living room couch is a queen sleeper sofa. 

Decorated in serene hues with touches of beachy decor'. This condo’s rooms are generously sized.  The master suite offers a king-size bed, full private bathroom with double-sink vanity, walk-in closet, and a large oval tub/shower combo.  The second bedroom has 2 queen sized beds and shared access to the second bathroom. This bathroom has a single vanity, and tub/shower combo. Enjoy the space this condo has to offer! 

The kitchen is well equipped providing all of the expected conveniences. Nice stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, food storage pantry, pots and pans, cutlery, dishes, glassware, and a washer/dryer tucked inside the laundry alcove.

This property is in one of the best locations we have ever stayed. It was great on the first floor being able to walk to the pool, Crabby Steve's and the ocean. The king bed mattress doesn't provide much back support which caused morning stiffness and should be replaced. Also, there were small ants that would show up in the kitchen whenever we got any food out. Other than those 2 items the condo was great!

Awesome location

The unit had a few hiccups when we arrived but overall we had a great stay and 30A escapes was very quick to fix anything we needed.

Family vacation

Wonderful location - everything was just as shown in the listing. Pool was amazing and loved having close access to the beach. Blackout curtains in the master would have made the stay more enjoyable - as the sun came up early and the room was super bright.

Great spot for young families!

We loved our stay here. Location was a 10/10, especially with very young kids. The pool was literal steps away and it was a short walk to the beach, and afterward we could pull the wagon right up to the patio instead of having to drag it through the entry and into the condo. It was so clean and spacious — hoping to stay again next year!

This was the best location! It’s right on the beach, steps from the pool, across the street from cute stores and restaurants, and it has everything you need within walking distance. The unit is an older unit, but we didn’t mind that. Check in/out was very easy. Overall we had a great time.

Unit was great, pictures were accurate Clean, easy to access, good communication Only minor issue we noticed was WiFi seemed to go out often at the unit and needed to be reset. Would stay again!

Great location

Perfect location, close to everything. Kids love Crabby Steve’s. Nice to be able to walk out sliding door to the pool. Only thing would be to add darker curtains or blinds to the master bedroom. The curtains were a little too see theough.😉

Great condo! Perfect first floor location!

Loved the location! Condo was clean. First floor is such a great location to everything! Right by the pool and entrance. Would suggest more plastic cups (everything is glass and no glass is allowed outside of the condo).

It was pretty, and the pool area was great.

The condo itself was roomy enough for our family. However the dryer did not work very well, the porch lock didn't work so we had to walk around the whole building to get inside, and when I tried to conctact our agent he did not answer and didn't return my call.

Great Location,

Just returned from a week's stay at HP 124. The unit was clean and in good condition - we loved being on the first floor, just a few steps from the pool! Property Managers were super easy to work with and checked on us a couple of times. Kitchen was well appointed but did not have a spice cabinet or any staples like we've had in other rentals. Regardless, it was a wonderful stay and we will be back!!!

Girls trip

We came down for a girls long weekend and had the best time. The location is great! We loved the opportunity to have the pool when the weather was cloudy and rain showers, but just a quick walk to the beach for the sunny days. And we loved having crabby Steve’s to grab a to go lunch and drinks while hanging out on the beach all day. We didn’t have to drive anywhere at night for dinner because the location is ideal for walking and being close to Rosemary and all it’s options, or a bit longer walk to Citizen wasn’t bad either, just maybe wear sensible shoes. We all agreed we will be back to High Pointe Resort!

Great location

This was the first time staying in Highpoint resort, 30A Location. Fantastic shopping great restaurants. However, it was a bit crowded for us, but what can you expect during summer. Condo is in a great location. Furniture needed to be updated. Especially the couch and the chairs. Beds were comfortable. If you are going with elderly family, please take note that the beach is, quite a ways away from the condo. We had to rent my mom a Mobility scooter. Overall, I would stay again, but not during the summer.
