It consists of a living room with a sofa, a well equipped kitchen, TWO bathrooms, two bedrooms and a huge terrace that has a gorgeous view of the sea and the surrounding hills.
One bedroom has a double bed and the other, 2 twin beds.
A garage is also included in the price (impossible to find a parking space outside on summer)

Slightly disappointed

We stayed for a month during April/May. It would have been good to have had an Welcome/information pack on arrival as there was nothing to tell us how to use the appliances in the kitchen, where fuse box was and what space was allocated in the garage. We had to constantly contact the owner by text when we had any problems. After 4 weeks we still didn't manage to use the combined microwave/Grill as the booklet with it was in Spanish. We googled it to try and work it out in English but being a Spanish appliance we couldn't. Although the apartment was lovely and light we found the lounge furniture very uncomfortable to sit and relax in. t The two sun beds in the photo are not what is there now. In there place they are the type you can only sit and lie back but not able to turn over. My husband wanted to use the bike ( one of the reasons we chose this apartment ) but it was totally unroadworthy. Flat tyres and the gears were broken. We were told it would be fixed next time! Beds were very comfortable and great shower in the bathroom.

Un très beau séjour à Almuñecar!

Le building Alhamar est beau et bien situé. L’appartement est vaste, propre et bien équipé et il y a une grande terrasse où il fait bon lire au son des vagues. Il y a 3 ascenseurs qui desservent les 11 étages du building. La Paseo de Velilla est une belle avenue qui longe la mer et il y a de bons restaurants tout près. Mon mari et moi avons passé un très beau 30 jours à cet endroit et nous le recommandons fortement.
