Utility & EV Policy
Included Utilities: High-speed Wi-Fi, water, sewer, and trash are completely covered.
Electricity Cap: To encourage conservation, electricity is covered up to $100.00 per month. Any electrical usage exceeding $100.00 will be billed directly to the guest via the resolution center with a copy of the actual utility statement.
EV Charging: Electric Vehicle (EV) charging is strictly prohibited. Guests are not permitted to plug vehicles into any interior or exterior outlets. Public charging options are available nearby in town.

Guest Count & House Quiet Hours
Guest Limit: A maximum of two registered guests are permitted on the property at any time.Sleeping Arrangements: The guest limit means two people sharing the primary bed. The couch is not to be used as an alternate sleeping setup.
Restricted Areas: Any locked owner closets or storage spaces contain personal belongings and are strictly private. Please do not attempt to enter them.
Quiet Hours: This historic cottage sits on a peaceful residential street. Please respect our community by observing quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Furniture: Please do not move any furniture or appliances around during your stay.
Forgotten Items: Please double-check the home thoroughly before checking out. Due to remote scheduling and cleaner availability, returning forgotten items can take several months.
