This property is so charming and lovely. The hosts were so accommodating in every way. We used this location as a great home base for visiting albi, carcassonne, caatelnau de mont miral.

A spacious, authentic holiday home in a quiet and beautiful little village. As a bonus, there’s a large shady garden across the street from the holiday home. The surroundings are lovely, with plenty of historic spiritual sites to visit, such as Cathar castles, waterfalls, gorges, and hiking trails from the village. From the edge of the village, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and stunning starry skies every evening. If you enjoy peace, nature, and relaxation, it’s highly recommended. The house is spacious, fully equipped, and the hosts are very friendly. The hostess speaks excellent English.

Amazing everything!

The property was absolutely pristine. Beautiful views, fabulous location. Owners very helpful. Location was just amazing walks right on the doorstep. The only thing I would have liked would be comfy seating for relaxation in the evenings. Other than that everything was just right.

Magical stay at Roquefixade

The photos dont do justice to what a beautiful village Roquefixade is - absolutely. gorgeous setting up in the mountains with stunning view. Luce and Georges were fantastic hosts. The property was spotless, and kitted out with everything you could need. There is lovely private garden - sitting out there in the morning with a coffee and croissant you can bathe in the bird song and great views. Its a very peaceful setting, but with loads to do in the local area. We visited prehistoric caves, medieval castles, lovely lakes with beaches for swimming and did some great hikes in the Pyrenees that are easy with pre-teen kids. The nearest town with amenities is only a 10 min drive. Absolutely loved it and hope to return! Merci!

Logement tout equipé, parfait pour 4 à 6 personnes. Situé au coeur du village, depart de plusieurs randos dont celle pour monter au chateau. Tres propre. Cuisine équipée avec café et thé. Poele à granulés quand il fait froid. Jardin en face du logement pour profiter d’un repas avec vue sur les montagnes. Le couple d’hotes etait charmant, disponible et nous ont offert un paté, merci pour l’attention ! Nous recommandons!

Super séjour !

Une semaine en Ariège. Le choix de Roquefixade est excellent car à proximité de nombreux sites à découvrir. Le logement est parfait : très bien équipé, décoré avec beaucoup de gout par des hôtes absoluments charmants.

Super séjour, dans un joli petit village calme

Nous avons apprécié le calme de la maison et du village. L'accueil a été très sympa. L'équipement intérieur est top, tout est neuf. Le village est bien situé pour visiter les environs. C'est aussi le point de départ de plusieurs parcours de randonnées.

La maison était agréable et nous avons été bien accueillis, heureusement car la pluie était de la partie, nous avons pu quand même sortir avec les enfants, monter au château visiter la rivière souterraine, profiter des éclaircis pour nous balader.

Séjour à Roquefixade

Séjour de 3 nuits dans un gîte très bien équipé, bien situé pour effectuer des ballades sans prendre la voiture et une très belle vue sur la vallée et les montagnes, enfin tous les ingrédients pour passer un excellent séjour en famille. Remercions également les propriétaires pour leur agréable accueil.
