New to rent. One of the most beautiful views of Montpezat Lake from this typical stone village house completely renovated with taste. The interior will seduce you with its charm and decoration. A true haven of peace. Sleeping capacity for 3 people. 1 bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a mezzanine with 1 bed with 90 cm bed, 1 bathroom with WC, 1 living room, terrace with breathtaking views of the Lake. Equipment of the house: TV, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, electric plancha, stereo, tennis court 300 meters from the house. Canoe rental 2 minutes, Riez Roman city with its 2 weekly Provencal markets 15 minutes, Lake of Sainte Croix du Verdon 10 minutes. Terrace and garden with solarium area. Parking at 50m.

Super clean home with impressive views over the lake. We so enjoyed our 2 week stay and would not hesitate in returning. So much to do in the area. Water sports of course but the villages of Moustier Saint Marie, Ste Croix and Bauduen are great for exploring and eating out. Hiking also from Quinson is a must....

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung mit vollständiger Ausstattung. Sehr kurzer Weg zum See, fantastischer Blick auf den See. Wir haben zahlreiche Radtouren unternommen. Der Gastgeber war bei Fragen jederzeit schnell erreichbar.

Das Haus hatte einen unschlagbaren Ausblick auf den See. Der Ort ist sehr klein, es ist insgesamt sehr ruhig. Das Haus hatte alle Einrichtungsgegenstände, die man benötigt. Eine Klimanlage war zwar nicht vorhanden, durch die dicken Mauern hat sie uns aber auch bei einer Hitzewelle von 38 Grad nicht gefehlt.

Das Steinhaus mit Terasse und Garten mit Blick auf den See hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Der Blick auf den See ist ganz wunderbar.Die Lage des Gartens und der Terasse mit Ausblick auf den See einfach toll. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung und ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist alles da was man zum Kochen braucht. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch. Er hat uns zur Schlüsselübergabe begrüsst und uns alles in Ruhe erklärt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vom Haus aus kann man gut wandern und zu Fuss den See erreichen. Hier kann man ein Boot oder Kanu leihen und eine Tour durch den Canyon machen. Absolut traumhaft.Wir können dieses Haus und den Vermieter nur empfehlen und möchten gerne wiederkommen.

Hervorragender Ausblick, ruhige Lage , Gute Kücheneinrichtung mit vorhandenen Basics wie Salz, Öl, Zucker, Kaffee, Gewürze sowie je 1 Flasche Wasser, Wein und Orangensaft (wir kochen gerne selbst), schnelles WLAN, Außeneinrichtung ganz nach unserem Geschmack. Alle Outdoormöglichkeiten waren schnell zu erreichen und haben wir täglich genutzt (Schwimmen, Kanufahren, Fahrradfahren, Joggen, Wandern). Sehr netter Gastgeber. Loggia mit Rundumblick perfekt für einen kühleren oder verregneten Tag.

Einfach nur Traumhaft

Auf dieser Terrasse zu sitzten und morgens wie abends die traumhafte Idylle und prächtige Landschaft genießen ist einfach nur traumhaft! Absolut ruhig präsentiert sich hier das "wahre Südfrankreich"! Hier verspürt man auch gar keine Lust ein Lokal aufzusuchen sondern nur in der exklusiv ausgestatteten Küche zu kochen und freut sich auf den nächsten Sonnenuntergang in dieser wunderbaren Umgebung! Sofort wieder! Danke Arnaud für diesen Traumort!

Traumblick, tolles Steinhaus

Wir haben das schön eingerichtete, gut ausgestattete und ruhig gelegene Steinhaus und besonders die große Terrasse mit dem wunderschönen Blick auf Umgebung und See sehr genossen. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Besuche der Hochebene und der Lavendelfelder, sowie der Verdonschlucht.

Vue imprenable sur le lac et les collines de toutes les pièces de la maison. Un gîte bien agencé où il ne manque rien. Valérie et Arnaud disponibles à l’écoute et souriants. Pour du repos du dépaysement et se ressourcer c’est l’endroit idéal.

Vue magnifique et calme

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette location. La terrasse et la Loggia sont très appréciables et proposent une très belle vue dégagée sur le lac. Le tout à 15/20 minutes des activités (kayak/lac/rando…) En plus de tout ça, Arnaud a été très arrangeant et disponible tout au long du séjour. En résumé, une excellente semaine.

Vue splendide, maison agréable.

Lieu idéal pour se ressourcer. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. De l'oisif au sportif : farniente sur la terrasse, ballade en bateau électrique sur le lac, kayak, paddle, randonnées, VTT, cyclisme sur route... possible sur place. À un quart d'heure de voiture il y a le magnifique lac de Sainte Croix ( plages de petits cailloux et eau turquoise) et à 1h les vertigineuses gorges du Verdon où l'on peut pratiquer le canyoning. Nous sommes absolument enchantés.
