The condo is in guard-gated Imperial Golf Estates, conveniently located 2 miles from Naples pristine beaches, as well as shopping, dining and entertainment in the very popular Mercato center. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo features very comfortable pillow-top queen beds with a walk-in shower in the master bath. Updated kitchen with new hickory cabinets, granite countertops and GE appliances. Spacious and upscale dining, living room and screened-in lanai areas look onto a beautiful lake view. Separate den includes executive desk and sleeper sofa. The condo’s TV and WiFi internet service are fiber optics delivered. Community pool, hot tub and sun deck are additional amenities.

Thank you Rick for an absolutely wonderful experience! The condo was impeccably clean with everything we could possibly need! The neighborhood is so well maintained with a wonderful pool. Winter Getaway

We rented the property for the month of February 2023. The condo was clean, well stocked and exactly as represented. It is an end unit, very bright and nicely decorated. The location was very close to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. We would definitely rent this unit again!

Wonderful stay at Abbey on the Lake, Naples, FL

We had a wonderful time in February 2025. The weather was beautiful, and the condo was exactly as pictured in the photos. A beautiful, well-maintained and clean place. The host, Rick, was wonderful and extremely friendly and pleasant. Very responsive when we had two minor problems. First, the A/C did not seem to be working. Called Rick and he had the technician there at first opportunity. Problem easily resolved: a blown fuse in the A/C unit. Second problem was the Icemaker in the refrigerator was clogged. Rick came right over to investigate and work through the problem. Everything in the condo was as we expected -- a beautiful place. Being an end unit, it was light and airy. The spacious lanai had a high table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining for meals. Best of all, the kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, dishes and glasses, kitchen utensils and cutlery. allowing for significant creativity should you wish to cook a fancier meal. The only comploaint (a minor one): Low water pressure in the kitchen and walk-in shower in the main bathroom. Low pressure, but liveable. Definitely not a show stopper. All in all, a great time here.

Great rental

We really enjoyed our month at this unit. The unit had been completely renovated within the last year and was in immaculate condition. Unit was very well furnished and easy to maintain. Great location as close to Bonita Springs in one direction and downtown Naples only 15 or 20 minute in other direction. Easy access to shopping and lots of dining options within very close distance. The owner of the unit was great to work with and very responsive.

Well located, fairly priced, nice north Naples condo

This well equipped first floor condo was a great place to spend February. Private location with friendly neighbors and a nice neighborhood pool. Owner is very helpful and attentive. We locked ourselves out and he arrived within 1/2 hr to rescue us. We have rented many times in Naples and this is the best. North Naples location is close to shopping, beaches, and restaurants. Also easy to get to downtown Naples, Estero, and Fort Myers.
