This is our latest collaboration named "Sol y Mar"...Location Location Location! Imagine your home just steps to the ocean with white sand between your toes and glowing emerald water. Relax at the world renown - Fort Myers Beach - just 200 steps from your doorstep via our deeded beach entrance. We have two other units in the complex available on VRBO which you can find by seraching "Ready Post Ian! Owners Featured on HGTV - Calm Escape" and "Ready Post Ian! Owners Featured on HGTV - Private Beach Path"

Upon entering "Sol y Mar II", you immediately feel the calming ambiance of the decor featuring blues, greys, and whites - the perfect accompaniments to the ocean. You have found your "zen"....Relish in the quiet morning sunrise while sipping a fresh brewed cup of coffee on your private terrace. Soak up the rays of the warm Florida sun and enjoy dining with a family BBQ. At night, appreciate the amazing sunsets of golden oranges and pinks while chatting with a glass of wine. This home is particularly spacious as it offers a cushy lounging area within a screened in patio - a perfect social area for catching up on the day's adventures.

The unique decor sets "Sol y Mar II" apart from all the others. Appreciate all the details. Enjoy the guilty pleasure of watching a little Netflix in your own room. Cook up some fish tacos with your complete kitchen. Four guests will fit comfortably with 1 king bed and en-suite bath, guest room w/ queen bed with bathroom/tub outside the door. High quality linens and towels complement your plush cooling memory foam mattresses. Sink into the 14" memory foam with pillow top in the master bedroom. Enjoy a soak in the bath. We are located mid-island, so you can walk to everything from here or free tram or the trolley for .75cent. Bike paths make it an enjoyable ride to explore the island. Parking is available on-site. This property is a multi-family home and is located on the 2nd floor. Only one unit next door.

We rent to mature adults and families only. A lease and photo id will be required. This is a family friendly street and not suitable for a rowdy crowd. 4 adults max and no children. Service animals/support dogs are not allowed as our family has SEVERE allergies.

Relax! If you can imagine it, it can be yours. "Sol y Mar II" is your home! Please look at the map, we are NOT OCEANFRONT but we have PRIVATE DEEDED beach access to the ocean. Please read the lease prior to booking. If you can't find it, just ask and I will send.

Enjoyed our stay

Very comfortable and clean! We wish we had been there for a longer period of time. Traffic a little busier than our usual mid island places. We enjoyed walking to dinner both nights (Junkanoo and Fresh Catch Bistro).

Wonderful apartment, convenient location!

The apartment is well maintained, nicely decorated, all the conveniences. Owners are very receptive (had a plumbing related issue and they were right on top of my communication). The only issue (and it's minor) would be that the one bed is listed as a queen (non-master bedroom), and it seemingly was a full size. Check-in and access is very convenient. Beds and furniture are not typical rental quality (high end/comfortable), decor is nicely done, even the ceiling fans are fashionable, well placed and plentiful. The entire experience was wonderful.

The property was accurate with the photos posted. Very clean and well appointed. The check in process was great, no issues. Jamais was very responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

This is a family collaboration of four generations! Grandfather, father, sons, and grandsons (grand daughter too) Every family member has contributed a part to making this property a home. We want to extend a warm welcome to all our guests and hope that you enjoy our home as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location!!!! What else can we say! The property is located mid-beach. You have a quiet area to relax with your family, but if you want to be in the middle of the action then just head 5 minutes up the island. We are ideally located, close to the grocery, restaurants, the public water park, the trails, the library with sky view dining, and the bay. Trolley is a free and convenient way to get around if you do not want to walk or use one of the two bikes we have available to guests.

Completely updated with all the amenities you need to feel at home. BBQ area and outdoor dining as well as private terrace, make this the ideal place to relax and socialize.
