Enjoy PRIVATE deeded beach access just 200 steps from your door, where soft white sand and emerald Gulf waters await. While this home is NOT OCEANFRONT, the quick, exclusive beach path makes your walk to the shore easy and relaxing.

This home is especially spacious, featuring a screened-in patio with a comfortable lounging area—an ideal spot to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the island.

This is a family collaboration of four generations! Grandfather, father, sons, and grandsons (grand daughter too) Every family member has contributed a part to making this property a home. We want to extend a warm welcome to all our guests and hope that you enjoy our home as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location!!!! What else can we say! The property is located mid-beach. You have a quiet area to relax with your family, but if you want to be in the middle of the action then just head 5 minutes up the island. We are ideally located, close to the grocery, restaurants, the public water park, the trails, the library with sky view dining, and the bay. Trolley is a free and convenient way to get around if you do not want to walk or use one of the two bikes we have available to guests.

Completely updated with all the amenities you need to feel at home. BBQ area and outdoor dining as well as private terrace, make this the ideal place to relax and socialize.
