Living Room: The living room offers plush seating, a 43” Smart TV with Sling Live streaming, and an abundance of natural light from surrounding windows. There is also access to the outdoor patio, blending indoor and outdoor living.

Kitchen: The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of appliances including a gas range, along with stone countertops and a bar that seats five. Stylish cabinetry complements the hardwood flooring that flows throughout the kitchen and dining area.

Dining area: The dining room includes seating for eight and is surrounded by windows for a light-filled dining experience. An additional sitting area adjacent to the dining space offers flexibility for socializing or reading.

Master Bedroom (main level)— King bed, 40” Smart TV with Roku, vaulted ceilings, walk-in closet, and a spacious en suite bathroom with a large jetted soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2 (main level) – Queen bed, 32” Smart TV, access to a full shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination and separate sink area.

Bedroom 3 (main level) – Queen bed, 32” Smart TV, access to a full shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination and separate sink area.

Bedroom 4 (loft) – Queen bed, sitting area with 50” HD TV with Roku and Sling Live streaming, access to full shared bathroom with tub/shower combo and separate sink area. Includes a desk and printer for remote work or study.

Outdoor/Patio Areas:
Enjoy a serene backyard retreat featuring a covered patio, picnic tables beneath sycamore trees, a cozy hammock, and a fire pit. There is also a gas BBQ and a corn hole game set for your outdoor enjoyment.
