Our stay at that house was great for my family and our friends: big house with separate casita is roomy for big group, loaded with kitchen supplies, and convenient location. We absolutely enjoyed to spend time in outdoor jacuzzi and heated pool and sit with coffee around cozy patio round table with built in fireplace in a middle of table. We walked around the neighborhood and found a very nice park close to home. Communication with the owner Philip was very easy and he responded in minutes to all my questions. We definitely would like to come back to that house in our next trip.

Philip was very responsive and even helped us find a driver while we were there. The place was as described and perfect for our girls weekend.. The indoor fireplace didn't work but it wasn't really a big deal. Propane isn't included which isn't a deal breaker either but would have been nice to have a least a partial tank or know upon booking as it was quite inconvenient to go get it when we realized all the tanks were empty.

Great spot for a family trip

We had a great time in Sedona. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. Kids loved the pool, hot tub, and nearby park with playground. Very conveniently located!

This incredible house was actually better than pictured. We could not believe the gorgeous view of the mesas from the pool/ back porch. Everything was impeccably clean; Phil was super communicative; the kitchen is fabulous, as is the location. The beds are comfortable, rooms spacious, and everything is very close walking or driving distance. Hot tub is fantastic as is the pool. It was a very special 60th birthday gathering for a group of old friends, and this was just the perfect house. Highly recommend!

Great Family Reunion

This is a beautiful property that makes getting together with family just that more special. Stunning views... everything plus that you need in the large kitchen, close to all Sedona has to offer. Our host was very responsive, the perfect host from beginning to end. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect! My daughter and I had the most wonderful time enjoying Sedona and we were so pleased with ourselves for choosing to stay here. Gorgeous home with every possible amenity. Photos don’t do it justice. Amazing views in every direction. Comfy beds and well appointed rooms. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Unbeatable location, quiet and off the main road, but near grocery stores, shops and restaurants. This was my first time in Sedona. Definitely want to return and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else. Thanks, Phil!

The View is Amazing!

This sedona home was dreamy and so close to Phoenix! My friends and I were in town for a milestone birthday celebration. We were looking for plenty of space to hang out, a pool/hot tub, access to hiking trails, and proximity to main street. Not only did we get everything on our wish list, we were blown by the views. Our host was awesome and really responsive, which was a huge bonus.Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful house in a perfect location

We had a great stay at this lovely home. There were five of us, and each had their own bedroom. All the beds were comfortable and fitted with nice linens. There were plenty of towels for our group, and we appreciated the beach towels for the pool and hot tub. We found the kitchen well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The outdoor fire pit was great on a chilly morning. The house is centrally located with easy access to hiking trails and a nice Whole Foods grocery store. Phil was responsive to our questions, though once we were in the house we didn’t have any reason to contact him as everything was in working order. We would gladly book another stay in this property and hope we have the opportunity to do so!

Awesome Sedona house

Stayed for two nights and wished we could have stayed longer! The house was even better than in the pictures! We were a group of 7 and had plenty of room and enjoyed the comfortable living room and spacious kitchen area. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. I loved the heated floor in the master bath. Although we didn't use the pool, it looked inviting; the hot tub was awesome! It was a great location for star gazing at night. The house is only a short drive into Sedona so it was a great location. Phil was an easy host to work with, very accommodating and prompt with communication. Loved, loved, loved our stay!

Great Experience!

We had an amazing stay. Phil was responsive and very helpful in answering our questions and providing recommendations. The space, layout, amenities, personal touches, and location were all ideal. The views from the back deck and pool perfectly display several of Sedona’s natural landmarks like Thunder Mountain and Coffee Pot . The neighborhood was very quiet and we had complete privacy (while having spectacular views!). All of Sedona was a short walk or drive away with many convenient and top spots in close proximity to the house - the coffee pot restaurant for breakfast, the juicery for lunch, a very nice park/playground, and great hiking trail access a short walk away. I definitely recommend!

Absolutely AMAZING!!!!

I really can’t even put into words how much of an amazing stay this was. The owner takes such great pride in the cleanliness of the property and making sure everything is up and working. The most amazing part of this home is the views !!! It’s so serene. The floor plan is perfect for multiple people and on top of that there are tvs in every single room!!!!:) So that makes the kids happy!! I also loved the fact that there is an actual working jacuzzi and it was super clean!!!! Yesss!!! I loved that :) My entire family was so impressed we are going to stay again in the spring.

Great host, great location, great potential

Phil was a great host and was able to accommodate our change of dates due to our flights. He has been hosting this house for less than a year now, and it was a great experience. Beautiful view of some of the Sedona mountains out the back windows, nice deck with hot tub for viewing, nice kitchen, great location. There were a few issues but Phil was able to communicate and due what he could to resolve them, such as the code on the front door lock and an appliance issue. The kitchen gas range had an issue and needed to be replaced, but nothing he could do about that at the time. We were able to use it nevertheless, but he ordered a new one to replace it as soon as possible. All in all, this property is a good home and has a lot of potential. Phil has plans to continue to make improvements and it will be a great property.Thank you, Phil, for helping to make our Sedona visit such a great experience.

Beautiful Sedona home with all the amenities

Our week in Sedona was amazing and it started with how awesome Phil’s house was! The house and property were immaculate, well maintained, and had many “extras” that made our stay really special. Phil was very responsive to all communications before and during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and had more than enough dishes, glasses, and cups for our group of 5. We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub which were well maintained and gave us days of entertainment and relaxation. The location of the house was great, central and close to all the things we wanted to do (trail heads, restaurants, and grocery stores).We stayed for 7 days and some of our favorite restaurants were Lisa Pisa for pizza, the breweries, and, for more fancy, we ate at Elote. I recommend making reservations in advance, as we had to be on a waiting list for Elote, but it was well worth the extra effort in both food and service. The bartender at Pisa Lisa was entertaining and had lots of information about the area. We went to the Grand Canyon one day (about 2 hours away). Someone recommended we go in the East entrance and not the South. Great advice, we drove right in, while the South entrance had a wait time.Phil’s house may be the largest and most comfortable house I’ll ever stay in! Would highly recommend it, worth the money!
