Nice flat in a good location. All the facilities you'd need including a moks pot for making coffee, which was a nice touch.Claudia was really helpful and responsive.

Quiet Street, quiet neighbors in the building and great location. 15 minute walk from Porta Nuova train station. The entire city is easy to reach on foot. The amenities of coffee, water and an espresso pot were wonderful. Claudia was a joy to work with!

Perfect Spot!

Everything was perfect! We we close to everthing and enjoyed our stay. Only detail to know, the appartment is on 3rd level with no elevator so if you have heavy luggages, you have a lot of stairs to climb! I do not mind by I think of older people who should know about this... Thank you much it was a great trip! Marie-Josée and Stéphane

Lovely Clean Apt Close to Everything

Very clean apartment, less than a 10 minute walk to the steps of the colosseum! The bathroom upstairs was big, with a skylight you could open. The bedroom was very comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well. With the doors and shades closed, it was nice and dark. It was about a 15-20 minute walk to the train station. Would highly recommend!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal. Kurze Wege, alles in der Nähe Bahnhof,Arena, Supermarkt und Restaurants.Man muss schon halbwegs fit sein für die Treppe in den 3. Stock. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und den kleinen Balkon in den Hinterhof haben wir gerne genutzt.

Perfekt für ein paar schöne Tage in Verona!

Die Lage der Wohnung könnte nicht besser sein - die wunderschöne Innenstadt ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, Bars und Cafés für den morgendlichen Exspresso finden sich direkt um die Ecke. Da da Schlafzimmer nach hinten liegt (mit hübschem kleinem Balkon), hatten wir auch eine ungestörte Nachtruhe. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ideal für einen traumhaften Stadturlaub.

Perfekte Lage

Hist. Zentrum in Fussdistanz, ebenso Supermarkt um die Ecke. Schlafzimmer trotzdem sehr ruhig zum Innenhof, Betten bequem. Waren mit Tochter, so wurde das Sofa im Wohnraum zum zweiten Bett. Muss man tagsüber einklappen, sonst sehr eng. Ausgeschrieben für bis zu 4 Personen, würde notfalls gehen, aber eher geeignet für 2-3 Pers. Enge Treppe bis zum 3.Stock, kein Lift. Wenn man nicht schnell genug ist, steht man im Dunkeln, da Treppe im Innern des Hauses ohne Fenster. Tastet man halt nach dem Lichtschalter...😉 Verona ist sehr schön, nicht nur die Arena. Ausflüge von Porta Verona zum Gardasee oder nach Venedig auch möglich. Wir haben es genossen!

Schönes Apartment mit sonnigen Balkon in sehr guter Lage

Das Apartment mit sonnigem Balkon befindet sich in zentraler, aber ruhiger Lage, ist ideal für zwei Personen, leider etwas abgewohnt. Vom Vermieter sind wir nett in Empfang genommen worden, haben gute Insidertipps erhalten. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht und waren damit sehr zufrieden. Die Lage zwischen Altstadt und Bahnhof ist unschlagbar. Das Schlafzimmer liegt sehr ruhig zum Innenhof, wo sich auch der nette Balkon befindet. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Kleines ruhiges Apartment in Naher Altstadt

Die Wohnung ist zu Fuß ca 30 min. vom Hauptbahnhof (mit Gepäck) und 5 min. von der Altstadt entfernt. Sie ist nachts absolut ruhig. Die Küche ist allerdings auch das Wohnzimmer, was nicht so gemütlich ist. Wir waren aber zufrieden und können die Wohnung auf Grund der Lage und der Nachtruhe empfehlen. Es gibt einen großen Supermarkt in der Nähe.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Vérone et ce, en grande partie grâce à Giulia et Nicolo. Leur accueil a été très chaleureux et l'appartement s'est avéré idéal pour découvrir tous les monuments et tout le centre ville sans avoir à utiliser aucun véhicule! A notre arrivée, Nicolo nous a conduit à l'appartement et à pris beaucoup de temps pour nous conseiller sur les itinéraires à suivre pour visiter la ville ainsi que des adresses de restaurants qui ce sont avérée très précieuses... Bref un super séjour. Un seul petit bémol, les trois étages à gravir plusieurs fois par jour ainsi que la salle de bain en dupleix, dont les escaliers se sont avérées bien difficiles surtout après de longues journées de visite.
