This small apartment suited us as a couple ideally. Small enough to be manageable but large enough to feel relaxed in.The balcony with a lovely view over the old city and the hills was an absolute bonus. We were close enough to walk into the centre with ease and yet quiet and away from the bustle of the crowds. Everything worked as described on the website with top quality kitchen items when needed. A comfortable bed with French windows to open onto the balcony. Would recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to visit Verona.

Cute, cozy apartment in a great location. We enjoyed the balcony when the weather was good. Very basic stock as far as soaps, toilet paper, spices so buy your own if you’re staying for a while. The person upstairs was pacing late at night in what sounded like hard shoes - on 2 of our 3 nights. Nothing you can do about it so bring ear plugs if needed. We would definitely stay here again. Owner was super!!!

Property was perfect for our short stay in Verona, lovely view point from the balcony. A good oven and hobs facilities. Only thing I would say to improve on would be location of the tv...a very small detail. Great value for money.

Nice place to stay while in Verona

Apartment was very clean. Easy check in. They were very accommodating to my early check in. Communication with the host was quick. Fairly close to the city center and about a 20 minute walk to the train station. Great coffee shop below the apartment. Would stay there again.

A wonderful short break in Verona

Casa Bellavista is a bright, modern, well equipped apartment within easy walking distance of the Arena and the old city. The owner , Nicolo, met us at the apartment exactly as planned and provided a wealth of useful information. We really enjoyed our stay , experiencing the opera, history bars and restaurants which make Verona a great place for a short break.

I absolutely adored this property and host team. After staying in a studio elsewhere, this apartment sincerely felt like a palace. The view is amazing, the area is quiet and walkable (with at least a million stores/restaurants and the train station less than half an hour away), and we had everything we needed to be extremely comfortable. Great bathroom with a solid shower and washer, gorgeous kitchen well-stocked with incidentals, and an insanely comfy bed pillows. Getting in couldn't have been easier thanks to the provided video, and Claudia was super responsive when we needed her. Thank you for providing this property!!

The only problem was check-in, a 15-minute walk from the property. We left our luggage in the office, arriving early, but we are not young, so by the time we were finished crossing the city on foot with luggage, we were quite exhausted

you arrived before check in time, so you came for the free bags deposit we give for free before arrival and after check out. Our deposit is really central near Arena and the station.

Super clean and comfortable

A lovely super clean apartment not far from the centre of Verona. A well equipped kitchen with all the amenities that are needed for self catering. A good sized bathroom with an amazing view of Verona from the bathroom window. A washing machine that was very handy so you don’t return home with a suitcase full of dirty washing. The double bed was very comfortable and the air con was excellent .A lovely little balcony tops off this great apartment. We would highly recommend the apartment and would definitely stay here again.

clean, simple, convenient

the apartment is very simple: 2 rooms (bedroom with 3 beds, kitchen) and a bathroom. the balcony would really be nice in cooler weather. the bathroom is big enough. the furnishings are pretty much IKEA which means (to me) simple and affordable. there is no sitting area other than the kitchen table. not sure where you would put a sofa or easy chair anyway. the tv is in the bedroom, which for some people might be inconvenient. you do need to provide all of things for yourself like napkins, paper towels, laundry detergent, cooking supplies. the grocery story is several blocks away but is well equipped. for a tourist this is. a good apartment to know about

Grand appartement dans un immeuble moderne, bien climatisé, ce qui vu les temperatures extrêmes était bien utile. Parking du tribunal proche et bon marché. A dix minutes à pied des arènes. Très bon séjour.

Nous avons passé 2 jours très agréable dans cet appartement. À 10 minutes environ des arènes et du centre historique de Vérone, tout se fait à pied. Appartement conforme aux photos, belle vue du 5 eme étage/6. Quartier calme le soir. Marchand de glaces dans la rue pontiere : très bonnes !
