Large Farmhouse In Stunning French Countryside - Suitable for families + dogs

Our modern family friendly Farmhouse is truly our home away from home. We've spent our holidays over many years here watching our children grow from toddlers to now being teenagers - so we've got pretty much everything you can think of needing for children!
It has a well equipped kitchen with a large dining table, a range master and large fridge freezer. A utility room is attached with its own separate toilet and lots more equipment - not yet pictured as is a very recent addition.
Off this is a good sized cosy sitting room leading into a dining room which has another dining table and a working fireplace. There's a large TV which has English + French channels and numerous games and toys alongside many books!
The other side of the kitchen (separated by a door, meaning there's good sound proofing) there's 4 downstairs bedrooms and a large family bathroom with a walk in shower and bath (again not currently pictured as still in completion!). The downstairs bedrooms are currently 2 doubles with the other 2 rooms having both a double and single bed in each. The configuration of the bigger rooms is easily adjusted with three singles being able to fit into the bigger bedrooms - we more than understand the need for flexibility with children and sleeping arrangements!!!
Upstairs there is a further twin and double room with another bathroom containing a toilet and walk-in shower.
We've got a large terrace off the kitchen and dining room. It has its own cosy corner of outdoor armchairs with good lighting - perfect for cards and patisserie in the evening!
There's also 2 large garden tables + chairs outside which will easily seat 12 people for some al fresco dining.
In the garden there's ample space to play and let the dogs run in a very large fully fenced field, a good sized pool with plenty of space for inflatables, a trampoline, a football net and ping pong table. There are plenty of sun loungers and cushions. The pool can be heated if requested, is very securely fenced in and is cleaned regularly.
There's an additional patio seating area just outside the pool with comfortable garden furniture and a large sun shade, perfect for the older members of the family and those in need of a break from the sun.
A travel cot, high chair and buggy are available on request.
In terms of location, we're situated pretty equally between the towns of Duras + Eymet which both have weekly markets alongside night markets in the summer months. There are plenty of options for restaurants and cafes in both towns. We've built up a comprehensive list of our favourite spots for everything from the best ice cream shop, to castles with activities for children, kayaking on a local river and many wine tastings. In addition, we're only a 30 minute drive from the beautiful town of Bergerac in the Dordogne (with a very handy airport), 45 minutes from the renowned wine town of St Emillion and an hour on the train from the metropolis of Bordeaux.
