Beautiful 3 Bedroom 3 Bath Penthouse on the Top Floor overlooking the Islands and waterways surrounding Ono Island and Ole River! The master bedroom features a King Bed with its own master shower and separate Jacuzzi Tub. The Master has direct access to the huge balcony with lounge furniture and unobstructed views. The second bedroom also offers a King Bed and private bathroom. The third room has 2 standalone bunk style beds with full size mattresses on each. Great for a family with multiple children or families looking to split the rental costs with friends and relatives.

The living space features 10' ceilings with floor to ceiling windows and a European style kitchen equipped with Stainless Steel appliances, Wet Bar, Wine Cooler and Large Ice Maker. This Penthouse is truly special and has all the feels of a luxurious vacation.

Amenities at the Caribe are second to none. Enjoy peace of mind at the resort with 24 hour security and a guard shack entry. It’s always voted as one of the top resorts in orange beach-it has multiple pools (including 3 indoor heated), multiple water slides, a lazy river, 9 hot tubs (both indoor and outdoor), an outside playground, putt putt areas, splash pad area, ping pong, fishing piers, fitness centers, dolphin cruises and boat rentals, the list goes on! All the sports courts you could think of-putting greens, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, bocce ball, corn hole. It’s on the bay side of the road only because the beach side of the road is protected so there are no buildings allowed to be built there. So I like to say the beach is in your front yard and the bay is in your backyard. There are no major roads to cross-only a private road that leads to our resort, our restaurant (voted one of the best in orange beach) and our marina. Or we have complimentary trolleys (think oversized golf carts) that will take you to and from the beach as often as you like. Private cabanas, tiki bar and on site coffee bar too!

We have a nice time and the kids too we came back home renewed everything was good and hade no much to complaint, only thing was the cleaning part what was a bit disgusting was to find dishes in cabinets that was used and not washed, and some dust in head board of beds other than that condo and location where great as all amenities we have great time and we love to come back as soonest posible, thank you..!

Beautiful Condo

We stayed at this condo with 6 adults and 6 children. The condo was comfortable for all of us, very clean and accommodating. Allison was wonderful and had great communication. We loved the extra ice maker and drink fridge. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. The amenities on the property were a bonus. The only feedback we would have is the lack of dresser space but we made due. The beach access was also not ideal for us but that is not a reflection of the condo itself and the resort amenities made up for it. We are just use to being directly on the beach with private access. Even with the trolley it was still quite the walk to the beach. Shell Beach was the best access point if you can get parking. Overall this was a great condo and we had a great stay!

We really enjoyed the location of condo and views from the balcony. I was disappointed in the condition of the condo: Hot water heater did not heat water well.... luke warm at best. Not even enough Luke warm water to fill jacuzzi. Hall way bathroom door is broken from inside. You couldnt get out if you closed it. Pull out sofa was broken Knobs on tv cabinet all came off in your hand if you tried using a drawer. Air mattress had holes Jets in small bathroom tub were broken Master bathroom toilet constantly clogged Garbage can broken Furnishing were pretty. Colors were vibrant. Seating for dining and living room appropriate. Kitchen supplies were good.

Well this feedback made me really sad. First getting it 26 days after your departure, which may be a delay on VRBO's side. But mostly because you didn't mention a word of this during your stay. We will take care of absolutely anything once we are informed of any issues. We take pride in our unit and want y'all to absolutely enjoy your vacation. For the hot water heater, since we have had no other guests in the almost 4 weeks since your stay mention any issues then I'm assuming maybe y'all were doing laundry, had a shower or two and trying to fill up the jacuzzi tub back to back, or any combination of this, to use all the available hot water. Regardless we will definitely look into this right away to ensure there is not a problem and others have failed to mention as well. Same with the door you mentioned. As for the air mattress-We do not advertise or provide air mattresses. Especially for units that already sleep 14, but it was left behind by a previous guest so rather than have cleaners throw it away I figured it would be nice to leave it in case someone ever needed different sleeping arrangements than the 14 we provide. I will have that thrown away at the next clean now that's I'm aware it does not hold air. The jets for the master tub are a nice perk, especially for kids, and the parts have been on order but backordered since July. The tub still functions of course. I have not had any complaints on any plumbing issues since your stay but I will also have this looked into to be sure there is not an underlying issue. The cleaners pull out the sleeper sofa to vacuum after every stay. Sleeper sofas can be tricky and have to be pulled out the proper way so I am thinking that perhaps you were not pulling it out correctly as the cleaners have not had any issues since your stay. The trash can was left in a broken condition (lid torn off) when the cleaners arrived for your departure clean and was replaced before the cleaners departed the unit. Again, we want our guests to always enjoy their vacation and never be impacted by the unit they stay in. We will replace anything that's not operating as soon as we are notified but can't do anything about it if we aren't informed so please always communicate to whoever you rent from right away so we as owners have the chance to make it right during your stay!

Home away from home

We stay at Caribe every year for past 5 years. The count down to our next stay rivals Christmas morning with our family. This year we had a group of 9 with “children” ages 13-22. The room was more than accommodating for such a large group. The room was well stocked and very clean. Every year we have said “we loved the room, just wish they had ____”. PHD05 had it, big pot for pasta, extra beach towels, extra pillows and blankets, laundry steamer, iron and ironing board. If the previous guest had leftover dishwashing soap or laundry pods, they left them in the unit for the next guest to use. This room really did feel like home away from home. Loved the carpet in the bedroom, all other units we have stayed have had all tile. Maybe the biggest thing to stand out to us was the welcome packet that was sent a few days before checking in (not the crazy day of when driving) and the personal text message greeting us. The host reached out personally and responded quickly with any questions. It was definitely a 5 star stay!!

Home away from home.

This unit has everything that we need. With a large group of nine, mostly over 18, the sleep arrangements are no problem whatsoever. The full size bunkbeds are ideal for young adults. I absolutely love the vibrant colors of the condo because it makes me feel like I am on a tropical vacation. We cook a lot on vacation because eating out every day can be expensive. It is amazing that this unit has anything that you need for cooking. We do breakfast for dinner the first night after a long drive and the waffle maker was awesome to have. Love the big stock pot, because we make a big helping of pasta salad. The Keurig with starter pods so you have coffee on your first morning waking up. You seriously have almost anything that you would need. I have to say my favorite thing about this unit is Allison, her communication is amazing, she is so friendly and responds to any questions you have so quickly. I rent through Vrbo frequently and she is hands-down my favorite host. We have come to Caribe every year for the last six years. This is our second time in this unit and it will be the only unit we stay in from now on.

We had the best experience renting DPH05 from Allison! Communication was perfect, check-in was perfect, the condo was fully stocked with all the kitchen items and appliances you would ever need, some cleaning supplies were already there, extra garbage bags, extra pool towels, floats, games. The beds/bedding were really comfortable. Plenty of extra hangers, blankets, pillows, etc. in the master closet. Our only complaint was that we had to eventually leave to go home!

We had a great week. The view was fabulous and we were able to watch the boats on the Ono side and also on the Robinson Island side. The property manager was quick to reply and lots of help. We took our boat with us and had zero problems with docking it. It’s a great place for boaters. We were pleasantly surprised at the available cooking supplies. Most condos have the bare minimum, but we love to cook and every single pan or utensil we needed was there and in great shape. We had two families with our 5 kids (21-25 year olds) staying and there was plenty of room for all 9 of us to eat, sleep, and play games. It’s a great place to rent!

Beautiful property and easily accessible owner/manager

We have stayed in the Orange Beach area for several years at a friend owned condo. They sold their property recently and had always noticed The Caribe as an alternative. We are a family of 10 so space to spread out was a must, which this condo had! It is just as described! Nicely decorated, super clean, plenty of towels, and dishes. We were very pleased with the condo and the resort amenities. We arrived a few hours earlier than check-in and just planned to go to the beach but were pleasantly surprised when Allison texted to say the property was already available! So that was a nice surprise. Highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful vacation and this is a great place to rent! It's a beautiful condo and our grandsons loved all the pools and hot tubs. The beds were very comfortable and it was very clean. From the balcony we got to watch lots of boats coming and going and saw dolphins several different times.

Great Family Getaway

This unit is great for larger group. All is clean and as advertised. Only complaint is that the sofa sleeper is not in great shape- it was better to just sleep on the couch; so if you're going to use this unit to capacity (14 ppl), I wouldn't plan on using the sofa-bed.
