Originally from Oregon, I fell in love with the mountains and moved to Sun Valley 10 years ago. Our home is perfectly situated next to major trailheads so I spend most of my days out on the trails adventuring in nature when possible. My cousin owns a wonderful restaurant in town called The Haven and I have two old retired guide dogs that live with me named Amador and Fleetwood.
Why they chose this property
This property is next to major trailheads and so the access to the outdoors is right out our backdoor.
In the summer, you can ride your mountain bike out the backdoor to world renowned trails and spend the rest of the day fishing at the Bigwood river which is across the street.
In the winter, you can walk across the street to endless cross country skiing trails and at the same time, the home is just minutes from the mountain.
The access is unbeatable.
