Located on a quiet street yet in the center of everything -- 5 minutes from ski lifts, bike path and 1 block to Forest Service Park. This duplex home can be divided into two units but we rent it as one, you will have the entire 3,000 sq. ft. house!

Why they chose this property

We've been vacationing in Sun Valley for more than 25 years so when the time was right for us to buy, we chose this home for its amazing location and spaciousness. We love the proximity to the restaurants, bars, movie theater, as well as the Forest Service Park, Limelight Hotel and shopping.

What makes this property unique

While the home is located in town, it's on a very quiet street with very little noise. We are set back from the street with Trail Creek running behind our property.
