Welcome to Bikini Beachhouse by Clearwater Beach Vacation Homes! This highly desired pool home is just a two-minute stroll from the beach, with some views of the water. Situated on Indian Rocks Beach, this property offers a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It's divided into two living areas and two kitchens—ideal for large families. Each level has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a kitchen, and a living room. The master bedrooms feature king-sized beds and stylish, modern bathrooms. Middle rooms have full-over-queen bunks, and the third bedrooms have queen beds. All rooms include smart TVs, and each living room features a sleeper sofa. Perfect for a memorable family getaway!

Need to know
We do not supply anything that is taken off the property. That would include any coolers, floats, beach towels, chairs, etc. Usually there is some at the property left from past guests, but we do not guarantee what will be there. We will always supply a wagon
-If the booking person is between ages 18-25, we will request a REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Property is monitored by a camera on the north east corner facing the driveway, another is on the south west corner facing the backyard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per dog

Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.


Note: Pool heaters run from Nov 1-April 1 (if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower.

This is the perfect place for our large family vacation! Excellent and clean amenities, it includes just about everything you need for cooking/cleaning/living for the stay. Owners were easy to communicate with and they made our stay so stress free. 10/10!

Family Spring Break

We spent our Spring Break at the Bikini Beach House & it was an amazing week having fun in the sun. The house, pool & space was everything we needed with such a large group. The location is amazing with walking access to the beach and many restaurants. We will be back!

Perfect Family Getaway

This was the perfect house for our visit for a family wedding. The house was beautiful, the backyard with pool was amazing and the location was perfect. The host was great with communication. We would love to stay here again on our next visit.

Our family had such a great time!

The house is perfect for our large family of twenty, including nine grandchildren that are four years of age and under. The six bedrooms with different bed configurations allowed us to divide everyone accordingly. The four bathrooms gave us the proper privacy and amenities needed. The kitchen, dining room and living room had everything we needed, as close to being home as it could be. The heated pool with the waterfall, the sand play area for the kids and the fireplace for roasting marshmallows at night was amazing.

Beautiful home!

The house was beautiful and clean. The outdoor area is also nice for hanging out. My friends and I had a great time staying here. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved this house for our large family beach vacation. The outdoors main area was a great gathering place with large tables and plenty of chairs, a large screen tv for enjoying ballgames or movies and nice lounge chairs around the oversized amazing pool. Large fire pit area and the outdoor shower was a bonus! Each family had their own private space with the two floors being identical then we would come together for fun on the ground floor area. Very clean. Wonderful host-easy to reach and very easy rental process. The layout of the living quarters is exceptional. Five minute walk to our new favorite beach! We swam with dolphins everyday and enjoyed a wide variety of birds. A variety of yummy baked foods, great coffee and delicious lunch selections at the Cafe de Paris which is a three minute walk and other great restaurants in walking distance. Before booking, keep in mind that this is in a residential area with families and individuals working from home. If you are a loud fun party group you may want to consider a different home. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. We were a little loud playing volleyball in the pool and disturbed a gentleman living next door that was on an important conference call. We will definitely be booking again!!! Score 12 out of 10!!!

Amazing location, beautiful property

We had a group of 8, with 4 adults and 4 children ranging in age from 2-5. The property was the perfect fit for us. There were multiple restaurants within walking distance, the beach was right across the street, and the pool was beautiful. Alan was great to communicate with. Highly recommend this house and the Indian Rocks Beach area to any families looking for a vacation spot.

Great house and location

We enjoyed our stay for a family reunion at the Bikini Beachhouse with 14 adults and two children. The house was spotless. We took full advantage of the beautiful backyard pool and gorgeous Indian Rocks Beach conveniently located an easy walk directly across the street. Our host, Alan, responded promptly to all of our requests and questions prior to our arrival and he asked that we contact him during our stay should we encounter any problems so that he could immediately resolve them. We had none. Great house. Great host. Great location.

Unforgettable Beach Getaway

A group of 20 family members stayed for 5 nights. Alan promptly answered all of the questions we had before our arrived. Once there the great communication continued. Alan went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The property was clean and literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. Across the street is a diner, a bar/grill and a French Cafe with delicious pastries. We enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this VRBO to others.

The house is roomy very clean and perfect to accommodate families with different age groups. It is definitely not a party town, It’s more for relaxing and having a great time with just your family. we did get one complaint around 9:30 PM that we were being too loud outside in the pool. I do understand that people live around the neighborhood but at the same time it’s kind of hard to keep it quiet when you have children. I felt that was a little bit early to start complaining, noise ordinance in our area is 11 PM. The owner recommended Guppy’s restaurant which you could take the golf cart or take a nice walk, restaurant was amazing. The bar restaurant across the street is also great and the beach is across the street.

What a great time for a GIRLS TRIP!

Great location on the trolley line. Use it to go north or south easily and inexpensively. Property is all that it looks to be online. There are stairs to get to both levels. Pool was heated and glorious. The walk to the beach was short and easy to do multiple times in a day if you with. Fun bar/grill across the street along with the BEST French bakery. Fire pit with one bundle of wood provided made for a great evening. The back yard is very secluded and quiet, though you are right by all that you need. Beach towels, crock pot, blender, pans, hair dryer - all what you need for an easy vacation. Just bring your clothes and sunscreen. Grocery store is close to buy foot, etc. No spices or condiments - so buy those, as well as ice, until the ice makers kick in (so turn them on right away!!) Rental contact responded quickly to any of my questions. It was nice to feel like someone was there.

Bikini beachhouse was perfect for our family-10 adults and 6 kids. We loved the pool and all the pool/beach toys that were available—and we loved how close the beach was—easy walk! Also having 2 full kitchens was awesome!! So many little extra details were provided and appreciated!! Couches needed some cleaning-but to be expected at a beachhouse. Overall we had a great time and hope to be back in the near future!

Second time

This was our second time staying at bikini beachhouse. It comfortably accommodates 7 adults and 5 children. The setup is great for multiple families. The house is actually 2 units that are identical: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on each floor and a full kitchen and a laundry room on each floor. The pool is shaded in the morning, which is nice for the little ones. The beach access is just across the street from the house. The house is well located with several restaurants within walking distance as well as a wonderful french bakery! We will definitely be returning next summer!

Great spot for a wonderful family vacation!

This property was perfect for our family. With two units, everyone had plenty of space. Having two kitchens was wonderful, too! Pool is fantastic and the beach is so close. Sunsets in Indian Rocks were amazing! We had a great time and loved Bikini Beach House!

Perfect week!!

Our stay at Bikini Beachhouse was nothing short of perfect. The house was spacious and very comfortable for our group. The location couldn’t be better! It was a block from the beach, and a short walk to so many restaurants, bars, and playgrounds. We loved walking to the nearby nature preserve. We spent most of our time at the pool which was clean and the perfect temperature. They supplied all of the amenities we needed for our toddler. We definitely hope to come back in the future!

Great house close to beach with pool

We had a family gathering of 10 at Bikini Beachhouse and it was great. The house is a duplex and that worked great for us. We stayed in the 2nd floor with our eldest and her husband and 1-1/2 year old son. (The early to bed and early to rise folks). And our kids and partners all in their mid to late 20s were on the third floor. The house has been updated and was very nice. Both units have kitchens but we did all the cooking on our floor. The pool felt great and we swam a few times. Best of all it is so close to the beach. You can walk out the back gate and it’s across the street. Also this beach entrance was way less crowded than others to either side. Note that there are not vendors on the beaches with chairs except for 17th street so you have to arrange delivery to your house and carry and set up yourself. We did a Walmart run and bought some and left them and it was cheaper than renting. The house is well stocked — it even had a play yard and high chair and lots of sand toys. Also had beach towels. There is a fire pit but we didn’t realize there were some logs until the last day so didn’t do the fire. TIP: check out what is there before shopping because you may not need it. We all had a great time and the kids asked if we could come back for next year’s gathering and stay a little longer.

Spring vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for us all and the place was very clean. We all really enjoyed the pool and the outdoor space. Very close to the beach and to restaurants and other attractions. Would highly recommend this place for large groups.

Great location and helpful management

The house itself was great! The house was clean, the pool and backyard area was a blast to hang out at. Alan was very responsive and check in was very easy. Would stay at again in the future.
