This private home is nestled in a serene neighborhood with onsite parking inside private gates. This gorgeous property offers a superb retreat for guests. With its beautiful decor and cozy ambiance, you'll feel right at home. The house features a spacious living area that opens up to outdoor porch and backyard putting green. It has a fully equipped kitchen, and 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a bunk room. Enjoy amenities like WIFI, AC/ heating, laundry room, a pellet smoker/grill, putting green and an outdoor shower to rinse off all that sand. We're happy to assist with any questions or requests while you stay at our home.

We’ll treasure our time here forever and can’t wait to come back. We stayed at this Indian Rocks Beach front home to celebrate a graduation—and it could not have been more perfect! This house was the ultimate setting for our special family milestone moments, combining celebration, relaxation, and unforgettable beachside memories all in one.The home is stunning—clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well-equipped. The layout was ideal for hosting small gatherings, with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for everyone to spread out and enjoy. The back deck quickly became our favorite spot for morning coffee, afternoon chats, and sunset toasts to the grads.One of the biggest highlights was being able to anchor our boat right behind the property. We waded in and out with ease—it felt like our own private slice of paradise! The access to the water was unbeatable, and having the boat so close made it easy to pop out for sunset cruises, fishing, or just soaking up the Gulf breeze.From the moment we booked, Kevin—our incredible host—was outstanding. He was responsive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making our stay amazing. He answered all our questions promptly and even made several thoughtful suggestions that really enhanced our experience. It’s rare to find that kind of hospitality!

Mother's Day family get away!

From beginning to end our stay at this amazing property was first class,top shelf all the way.The location,the proximity to the airport,beach& local amenities were a solid 10 plus!The owner's were awesome communicators & were super accommodating making this special weekend such a wonderful experience. We've rented in the past & have truly never experienced such thoughtful owners. Which was truly appreciated.The house was fully stocked & we wanted for absolutely nothing. We had 2 infants, a 4 yr old & 6 adults & everyone was SUPER comfortable & we all slept soundly every night in the outstanding beds! Honestly,we never left the property all weekend because it had EVERYTHING! We cooked wonderful meals,swam & played & laughed & made Mother's Day memories of a lifetime...we HIGHLY recommend this property! We will definitely be back to this slice of paradise!

Family Beach week!

What a fun week at IRB and Magnolia Shores! We were 3 generations spending some time together and the proximity to the beach was great and the house and amenities even better. The house had everything…plenty of room, indoor and outdoor kitchen — with every appliance/glass/cutlery you would ever need. Then outside a pool, putting green and 3 decks for watching the sunset. Plus ice cream within walking distance. We were sad to see the week end!

Magnolia Shores was absolutely perfect in every way. It was clean, safe, incredibly stocked with anything you could possibly need. The outdoor setup is hard to beat (pool, putting green, shaded deck, grilling area. You can step on and off the beach within seconds. The convenience and very quick waking distance to restaurants made it very easy to enjoy with babies. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation 2025

We had a wonderful vacation at Magnolia Shores with our family. The house was amazing. It was furnished with everything we needed and more. Our family enjoyed the back yard putting green, the beach just footsteps away, and the swimming pool, with a spa hot tub. Our hosts checked in with us frequently, to see if they could help in any way. We would love to spend another vacation at their beach house in the future!

All you could want for a family vacation

This large home is perfect for a family vacation with adult children and grandchildren. The bedrooms with en-suite baths provide plenty of privacy, while the large kitchen and family room are perfect for getting everyone together. The home was very clean and exceptionally well-equipped. The location right on the beach is ideal, while the pool and hot tub are tucked away for privacy. Highly recommended!

AMAZING!!!!

You will not regret renting this house! Location is great, house is amazing, pool/hot tub was a wonderful bonus, everything we needed and more for cooking was there, right on the beach (no loading the car), and the sunset was breathtaking! Food delivered a little early and they arranged for Alex to get the groceries in the house and he put them away! The communication with Kevin and Laura was the best. Their hospitality was over the top. We also charted their boat. It was enjoyed by all and Captain Chris was the BEST! Stay here and you will. not have to worry about anything! We had 11 people and there was more than enough room! The beach is My Happy Place and staying there made it even more My Happy Place

Beautiful, well appointed large home with quality materials throughout. Many extra touches to make our stay very comfortable. Lots of kids toys, inside and out. Great kitchen and barbecue area. This beach house is the true definition of VACATION!

Everything about renting this Vrbo beach house was easy and exceeded our expectations! The home was beautifully decorated, so comfortable, everything you wanted or needed was provided, and the view is beyond description! New Years family vacation

We couldn't have selected a better home to stay at when we arrived at The Magnolia Shores Beach House. Just a short trip from the airport and we were on site and ready to relax. This was a perfect fit for our family of 10, everyone had their own bedrooms and private bathroom. This home is very clean and very well Maintained. It has everything in the kitchen you'd expect at your own home if your eating or cooking in. When you open the patio doors and step outside to the Beach side of the home you will have stepped into your own private Oasis with a Pool, Jacuzzi, Golf putting green, grill area, fenced in yard along with an outdoor shower to rinse off after you venture out to the Beach that is only steps away. The Beach and the views from this home are simply amazing and peaceful. Each patio of the home has nice & comfortable patio furniture that I found myself sitting at every morning and evening to appreciate my surroundings. I really can't say enough about this home other than everything was perfect along with the Outstanding Host's of this property that made sure our stay was the absolute best it could be.
