About this property

This is an all wood chalet located on a lot surrounded by mountain laurel. You must be at least 30 years of age to book my personal home. There is a wrap around deck with plenty of out door furniture for the summer. The inside has a wood burning brick fireplace for winter nights. The first floor has laminate flooring, open cathedral ceiling with a second floor loft bedroom. The entire home is decorated in cozy mountain decor, just perfect for your mtn getaway. Perfect for small families or a couple retreat.

This chalet was great! Perfect location for Jack Frost and Big Boulder skiing. Perfect size for the four of us! Lias was very responsive! Would love to stay there again!

I bought this house before I met my husband. I always wanted a home in Lake Harmony but I wanted to be near the lake. It took me a long time to find this house. I later bought a rancher just 4 houses from mine and we rent it all the time and has many reviews. It is Black Bear Cozy Cabin. My Chalet is the home I stay in when I am here and I am just starting to rent it part time. If you are looking for two homes close to each other to rent, here they are. We love live music in the summer months out on the deck at Nicks Lake house where the sunsets over the lake are stunning. I find this Lake to have a lot of night life for all age groups that other lakes just don't offer. I have been coming here for 20 years now. The events at Split Rock are so much fun and we love having friends and family join us, that is why we bought the second home just 4 houses away.

Why they chose this property

I wanted to be close to the lake and especially the lake access area. We can fish and launch our kayaks a short walk down from the house. We put out the lounge chairs and watch the 4th of July fireworks that are shot over the lake. We can walk to split rock resort for events and we don't have to have the hassle of parking. Its just the perfect location.

What makes this property unique

Privacy is important. The house is surrounded by mountain laurel. We are the only property on lake view drive that can boast this. We do have outdoor security cameras to protect you and the property. Its a nice quiet neighborhood not a big party noisy neighborhood . The houses are smaller here which is perfect for a couple ski trip or a family vacation.
