The space
Home features an open plan living area with doors opening to an expansive deck, perfect for grilling and outdoor dining. Living room has high ceilings with a skylight, where you can relax with friends, play boardgames or watch the 65" Smart TV. The two private bedrooms each have a queen bed. The Loft area has 2 twin beds. 2 full bathrooms, one with a traditional tub/shower, one with a shower stall and a Japanese soaking tub. Full kitchen with all the essentials and a tea/coffee bar. There is also a dedicated workspace with fast WiFi.
Guest access
You have access to the entire property and deck, free parking (2 spots), and Boulder Lake Club in summer (Memorial Day through September).

We're excited to welcome you into our home! We are located in the Blue Heron Community, which provides access to the Boulder Lake Club in the summer months. We are happy to provide 6 FREE passes, and it's also possible to buy additional day passes.
