Fourth House From the Beach! Great Family Vacation House!

Welcome to Haven Beach, New Jersey - on beautiful Long Beach Island, home of sunny summer weather, cooling sea breezes and relaxing waters.

We are very excited about showing you the downstairs of our home. First of all, you will be only steps from the ocean. The beautiful refinished hardwood floors flow through the house. The living and dining areas have openness and comfort. The backyard space has plenty of room and amenities for meals and entertaining.

This downstairs unit features 2 bedrooms which sleep up to 4; one full bath with tub indoors; 1 outside shower; the kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, gas oven/range, coffee maker, pots/pans and dining dishes/silverware/glasses; functional dining room and dining table to seat up to 8; open living room area w/sleeper sofa, cable TV and DVD; wireless high speed internet; beautiful outside area including a back deck, large outdoor table & patio set, and a charcoal grill. The house is air conditioned, has a washer & dryer unit and ample parking.

The house is positioned in an excellent residential location only 3 houses from the beach and ocean. There are wonderful shops and restaurants that are only minutes away. You can enjoy outdoor activities that are featured near by-including sailing, fishing, crabbing, kayaking, surfing lessons, stand-up paddle boarding, yoga, bike rentals and more.

4th of July stay

Our family had a great week at this property. The location is excellent. Being so close to the beach was convenient especially for us with 3 small children. The owners are helpful and responsive if needed. If you are looking for a simple, low key beach experience, this is your place!

Perfect distance to beach, great communication with owners!

Definitely needs to be cleaned better but that is the only complaint. The place is outdated but it's a warm cozy home feeling so it didn't bother us. The location and property owners are absolutely wonderful and so quick to respond. The location is beyond perfect for a QUIET and relaxing laid back vacation which is everything we wanted.

Nice House, close to the beach with all you need to make your week enjoyable.

This house is 4 houses from the beach which makes it very convenient. It features two bedrooms plus a pull-out couch, a large dining area, a kitchen with all you need for the week, one bathroom and a washer and dryer. Outside, is a picnic table and grill as well as an outdoor shower. There are 4 beach tags available as well. The host Alicia, is a lovely person to deal with, always there to help you if something needs to be fixed or corrected. We would stay here again.

Unbeatable Location!

Quiet part of the island, forth house from the beach. Private yard with charcoal grill. Comfortable bed, you have to bring your own linen and towels, we also brought our own pillows. Very basic decor, which suited us perfectly. Washer and dryer. Beach badges included, and the beach was excellent! Plus, the proximity, and the fact that you can go back and forth if needed.

We stayed here because our normal spot was unavailable the week we wanted. We definitely enjoyed the location and the house was very clean and well-managed, though it is a bit dark inside the house. Huge backyard. Helpful on-site property manager.

Close to beach!

I wish there were more walkable places from the house (restaurants, bars & shopping), but you can’t beat how close the beach was! The kitchen had the minimum of tools & such, and absolutely no extras so you should bring your own (spices, oils & a good knife or 2.) Overall a decent place.

Great week at the shore!

The location of the house is perfect! We had a very quick walk to the beach, and we had a short bike ride or walk to the boulevard! The backyard was very roomy and comfortable for sitting outside. The property manager was very friendly and helpful.

We Had a wonderful time. Great beach house. Comfortable with just enough charm. Reminds me when I was a kid Of the old fashion beach house. Nice spacious yard and easy walk to bay. So close to beach just about 50 yards. My family had a wonderful time!!!' Sad to have to leave in 2 hours.
