Bright and Cheerful 3 bedroom duplex beach house on a quiet dead end street only steps away from our bay beach, two block walk to the ocean. Sit outside on the deck or sit inside and you have views of the bay with the best sunset you will ever see! Enjoy the peacefulness of the bay, while fishing, swimming, boating, windsurfing, or jet skiing. The bay is walk-in, very shallow and slowly gets waist deep (easy to put in your own kayak or wind sail). Moor your boat there as well. This is the 1st floor of a duplex. 1st floor has been totally rehabbed including new furniture, full eat-in kitchen , granite counter tops, Dish Washer, Microwave, 1.5 baths and all the amenities needed. Clean, freshly painted, & new full bath and a half bath. with all the necessities of home. There is plenty of off street parking to make your stay hassle free. You will not be disappointed. Located a few blocks from the Acme, shopping and restaurants, a 5 minute drive to Fantasy Island and Water Park. Sleeps 8 people. 4 Beach Badges are included which saves you $ on the beach.
