Split level 3000 square foot home-. This family friendly home is perfect for a group or multiple families.
This private setting home is located a short drive from Clayton NY In the beautiful Thousand Islands. After a fun filled day exploring nearby Clayton, Cape Vincent and Alexandria Bay send the kids (big and small) to the lower level recreational room that boosts a 16 foot bar, ping pong , air hockey and foosball tables.
When you are looking to relax outside, enjoy some quiet moments on the large, private attached 3 level deck that includes a a gas grill, bar and fire pit.
If you are looking to exercise you will find a high quality elliptical stepper in the recreation room, or enjoy a quiet Country walk or bike.
This home sits on 9 acres of land surrounded by nature.
It has a large driveway and large amount of parking area for multiple cars. It’s perfect for fishermen to park boats/trailers after a fun filled day on the St. Lawrence River.

Very nice place to stay

Clean, convenient and affordable place to stay while we were up fishing the St. Lawrence River. Nice accommodations and room for larger groups. Will definitely look into staying here again for future trips.

Great place to stay! Super convenient, with plenty of parking for boats and trailers!

Its a nice home with 2 full baths and 4 bedrooms that can sleep a group of 6 easily.its centrally located for fishing clayton and main lake areas. It has plenty of parking for multiple truck and boat rigs, along with receptacles to charge batteries. Its clean and has a nice bar and game room in basement along with super nice deck to hang out on. Ide recommend for sure!

Home away from home

Comfortable, clean, spacious, plenty of seating in every room. Tons of entertainment for rainy days or nights with ping pong, and other games. The house is well stocked with everything you need. The location is private yet close to Clayton downtown, only a 7 minute drive. A perfect space for large families.

Great stay in Clayton

My family and I had a wonderful time at Gene’s house in Clayton. It’s a short, direct drive up the road to downtown (5-7 min). The house had virtually everything we needed. The backyard is huge and the basement is a great hang out area. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

This house has it all. It was clean and very comfortable. It is decorated nicely and felt like home as soon as we entered it. The lower level family room was a bonus. We spent a lot of time there in the evenings doing puzzles and enjoyed just being together. I would highly recommend this rental . The location is perfect to explore the area. Clayton is a great town ! We loved it all !

This property is perfect for the group of guys that I go fishing with every year on the St. Lawrence River. There is plenty of parking for our trucks and boat trailers. The house is also close to the areas that we fish. The house has everything we need.
