The cozy second bedroom has two twin beds. The loft features a pull down ladder for easy access to a charming area that easily sleeps two. The new washer / dryer are conveniently located in their own laundry room. Wake up to the sunrise while sitting on the spacious deck that feels like it is on top of the water. Enjoy the international ships that pass so close you feel like you could touch them. A St. Lawrence granite fire place is located at the waters edge with a picnic table, Adirondack chairs and a beautiful view of the 1000 Island Bridge.
