Gorgeous Ocean View, Comfortable Cool Elevation, Close to Everything!
This is a new home with stunning views. Beautifully nestled in Mt. Hualalai which is your backyard and a gorgeous ocean view in the front. You will never want to leave the luxury and comfort of this home. The cooler temperatures at this elevation make it a comfortable location.
There is a field of friendly goats on one side of the property, yes you may feed them :)
Papaya trees are located throughout the property and you're welcome to as many as you like. We'll leave a picker for you.
**Located close to the town of Kona, Beaches, Harbor, (3miles) and the Airport (8miles), but still with a country feel, plenty of space, and privacy.
If you have any special needs, please ask we are happy to do our best to make your stay perfect!

I am originally from Florida, but after the BP oil spill wrecked havoc on the commercial fishing industry, I decided it was time for a change. I moved to Kona in 2015 and began charter fishing. I thought my biggest catch to date was an 802 pound blue marlin, until I met my wife & sport photographer Kimberly. We enjoy working together, catching big game fish and capturing those adrenaline filled moments on our charters.

Why stay in a condominium, when you can stay in a brand new home? Located in a comfortable elevation with birds, nature and privacy. Yet still close to Kona town. All of the beds have comfortable mattresses. The pillows and beds are in sanitary slips, keeping them fresh and clean for each guest. If you are looking for a more tropical feel and appreciate peace and tranquility, you have come to the right place! Fruit trees and friendly animals are your neighbors. Yet your hosts are close by to assist with any of your needs.
