Very clean and well equipped. Really enjoyed the extras in the kitchen. The outdoor seating Was a great feature also and the convenience to town. Thanks!
This home is small and cozy, in a great location perfect for our elk hunt vacation! The property owner was very quick in responding and polite. Will love to stay again!
Very well equipped, clean, comfortable home easy walk to Grand Canyon Railway and Route 66. Quite close to the Interstate with some noise through the night.
The house was very clean and centrally located. Loved the outside fire pit and barbecue area. The field of sunflowers and mountain behind the house were beautiful. We enjoyed coming “home” each evening after a day of exploring the beautiful area.
The place was exactly as described. It was so clean and cozy. Plus, the kitchen area was well stocked, and we even had some sweet treats! We were 2 couples traveling and it was exactly what we needed. It had a walk-in shower which was so handy for one of our party who has mobility issues. It was a perfect location for our Grand Canyon adventure! The hosts were so nice and were so easy to communicate with too. If I could give it more than 5 starts I would! Highly recommend this rental!
FIVE STARS! Highly rated in a quiet, quaint town.
Had a fantastic stay at this house in Williams. Very comfy and had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen is roomy with plenty of glassware, plates, dishes and utensils. Also plenty of staples in the cabinets and fridge. Don’t do what we did and stock up on what other VRBOs have been missing like sugar, salt, pepper, etc. Plus there are a LOT of specialty spices. Two types coffee makers for pod lovers or small carafe type brewing.
Good size living room with plenty of seating and lots of natural light.
Master bedroom is definitely large and relaxing with a large bathroom, walk in shower and plenty of towels.
Second bedroom is good size with a queen bed for a couple of kids and a cute little toddler bed our grandson wanted to sleep in. At 7 we convinced him he was too big for that.
Washer and dryer is also stocked, so you don’t have to bring/buy small size detergent or dryer sheets.
Wonderful outdoor space with gazebo, table and chairs and nice gas grill. Also a fire pit and benches!
We got a cold spell with snow the first night, so didn’t use the outdoor space much except to shovel a little snow and then play in it. Our Grandson had a blast and was hoping for more snow the next day! He doesn’t see much of that in Charlotte (thankfully).
Extremely quiet neighborhood all day long and very dark at night for sleeping, which we love!
We tried to do stargazing the last night, but the town lights still wash out some.
What an incredible location. Beautiful home, spacious, quite and clean. Neighborhood was beautiful and new. Highly recommend for a Grand Canyon get away

Very quiet and clean. Every possible need was there. Coffee, dishes, laundry. Walkable to Rt 66. Safeway(grocery) is 4 minutes away.
Great hosts.
Williams is a TINY little town whose restaurants and shops fill with tourists on their way to the Grand Canyon. We took the train from Williams. This small house is in a clean, new neighborhood was perfect for our family of 3. We were able to make small meals in the house while having our own space to relax. It was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. We highly recommend the pizza at Grand Canyon Brewing & Distillery, too. We would definitely stay here again.
This property was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of extra bedding. The grill was in great shape. The fire pit was on a concrete pad but we didn't have time to use it. We spent a day at the Grand Canyon and made an unplanned trip to Sedona on our other day. Communication was great with the host.
We loved the house and it met our needs. It had all the amenities we needed. It is very close to Route 66 in Williams, with good food, shopping, and a quick 54 mile drive into Grand Canyon. The listing needs to be updated to say it sleeps 4 or 5 including a toddler bed (instead of 6).
This was the perfect place for our family of four: within minutes of attractions in Williams and an easy drive to GCNP. The hosts extra touches did not go unnoticed: a bowl of candy and coffee/hot chocolate pods, all of which the entire family enjoyed. Overall, wo derful stay!
First of all this property was beautiful, well maintained and extremely clean. It is in a great location, has a Safeway nearby and is an easy drive to the Grand Canyon. The ONLY reason I am giving it a 4 instead of a five is because it does not sleep seven. It lists a futon, which was not there. The bed situation is one king, one queen (agreed with another review, not the most comfortable), a toddler bed (baby bed size mattress), a twin air mattress (we were unable to inflate due the the pump being out of batteries and no charger available), and the couch (NOT a pullout bed). There was a pack-n-play, but that did not fit our needs.
We enjoyed our stay at your home. It was close to town in
Williams and easy access to go enjoy the Grand Canyon.
The house had all the amenities. We appreciated all you had.
