TrĂšs belle vue mer

A notre arrivée à Douarnenez, nous avons découvert une magnifique villa. Le long de la cÎte. La villa correspond à la description de l annonce. Elle est trÚs bien équipée. La décoration est de trÚs bon goût. Les chambres sont grandes, sauf celle prevue pour les enfants. Les salles de bain sont propres. Il y a beaucoup de marches. Le super plus de la villa est la vue mer. Dommage qu il y ait eut beaucoup de vent. On n'a pas pu profiter autant que voulu de la grande terrasse. Le jardin n est pas en reste un petit coin avec transat à été aménagé. Il est abrité du vent par de beaux massifs. La voiture est garée sous un carport (protection contre les oiseaux...) dans la propriété fermée par un portail. C est un vrai beau logement

La maison est trÚs agréable et trÚs bien placée, avec une vue à couper le souffle et à 5 minutes de la plage. Le propriétaire est trÚs aimable. Le seul bémol réside dans l'absence de machine à laver.... Un séjour de 2 semaines devient compliqué !.

Best view

It was a great pleasure for us to stay at Jerome‘s house. It is as beautiful as described and shown on the pictures. Jerome is a very nice host, check-in and out worked perfectly well. But the best thing about the house is its location and the unbelievable 180 degree view on the ocean it offers. Douarnenez is a very lovely village. Highly recommended.

Family holiday!

We had nice holiday in the property. The view on the sea is excellent and the owner of the property is very friendly and helpful. The renting price is rather high resembling the high standard of the property. There are of course some flaws worth mentioning: - there is no washing machine available - the property is very close to a street with high traffic - we rented the upper part if the house and it was not clear to us, that there is a second apartment in the souterrain (the other guest were very nice) - there could be a lot of algea in the bay. It somehow surprised us, that there was a lot of private stuff of the owner in many closets. Nevertheless we enjoyed the stay and recommend the property. Regards from Germany, Simon

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub verbracht. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, das Haus sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alles vorhanden, was man fĂŒr einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Der Blick in die Bucht von Douarnenez ist einmalig, 5min zu Fuß bis zum Strand. Genossen haben wir auch die kurzen SpaziergĂ€nge in die Stadt, mit schönem Blick auf die KĂŒste. Alles in allem: Wir kommen wieder!!

Außergewöhnlich !

Sehr netter Vermieter! Der Blick von der Terrasse einfach herrlich und außergewöhnlich. Wir hatten sehr schönes Wetter ĂŒber die Osterfeiertage und haben jeden Moment auf der Terase genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist genau wie in der Beschreibung dargestellt, die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und erfĂŒllt alle WĂŒnsche, jedoch sollte noch angemerkt werden das das Objekt direkt an einer belebten Verkehrsstraße liegt. Ansonsten fehlt es an nichts , alle HaushaltsgerĂ€te , Besteck, Töpfe , Pfannen , Geschirr etc. ist in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Wir wĂŒrden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

peaceful relaxation

The views are spectacular and changed every morning and night. There are two parts to the property; the top portion (which has three floors) has ocean views from every bedroom, and the living room kitchen area. BIg or heavy suitcases may not be suitable for the stairs. There’s a larger parking area attached to the property with secure gate. The house is beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable, and has all the amenities you could ask for during your stay. The location makes it very easy to travel to all parts of Finistere. Easy walk downhill (and back up) from the property to a neighborhood beach, with lots of room to walk in the sand along the water or brave a cold swim. Would come again.

TrĂšs belle vue sur la mer. Maison de charme oĂč toutes les prestations sont de qualitĂ© (appareils mĂ©nagers, vaisselle :rien ne manque, literie, tĂ©lĂ©vision : canal +, etc...) La dĂ©coration est raffinĂ©e, digne d'un architecte d'intĂ©rieur. Grande terrasse permettant d'admirer le coucher du soleil. ExtĂ©rieur et parking trĂšs bien entretenus par des propriĂ©taires charmants qui ne lĂ©sinent sur rien pour la plus grande satisfaction et le bien-ĂȘtre des estivants. A conseiller vivement +++

La villa ste Anne : un bijou dans un Ă©crin.

SituĂ© au coeur du sentier des Plo'mach et face Ă  la magnifique baie de Douarnenez, la villa Ste Anne surplombe du haut de sa falaise la superbe plage du Ris que l'on peut aisĂ©ment rejoindre Ă  pied. La villa Ste Anne a Ă©tĂ© amĂ©nagĂ©e avec grand goĂ»t et chaque objet de dĂ©coration lui confĂšre un vrai luxe. On se croirait dans un magazine de dĂ©coration, tant chaque objet ou tableau est beau!! Quant aux trĂšs spacieuses terrasses( salon trĂšs confortable, table sur la terrasse et autre table prĂšs du barbecue) , c 'est un vrai rĂ©gal de pouvoir manger face Ă  l'ocĂ©an ou d'en admirer les variantes de couleur Ă  tout moment de la journĂ©e... Ă  moins que l'on prĂ©fĂšre s'allonger sur les transats de la pelouse.....Nous y Ă©tions aussi aux premiĂšres loges pour admirer le coucher de soleil ou les bĂąteaux de pĂȘche quittant le port le soir.. Nous avons logĂ© une semaine Ă  cinq dans la villa Ste Anne. Nos trois jeunes adultes et nous -mĂȘmes nous sommes sentis trĂšs gĂątĂ©s de pouvoir habiter une telle villa et la semaine est passĂ©e trĂšs vite...La localisation de Douarnenez est centrale pour visiter la rĂ©gion et faire de superbes marches le long du GR34, :Ă  l'ouest Douarnenez, TrĂ©boul, la presqu'ile de Crozon, la pointe du Van du Millier ou du Raz, Ă  'est Locronan , au sud l'archipel des GlĂ©nans ou la pointe de la Torche sont absolument Ă  voir...car splendides!! Merci au propriĂ©taire pour son accueil chaleureux.Ă  la villa Ste Anne.. Cette semaine de soleil en Bretagne fut un vĂ©ritable bonheur pour nous et nous a rĂ©ellement permis de nous ressourcer , loin de la canicule de l'intĂ©rieur des terres....Une semaine nous a Ă  peine suffi pour tout visiter, alors c'est sĂ»r nous reviendrons...et nous recommandons trĂšs volontiers ce lieu.un peu magique Ă  tout un chacun...
