The entrance to the house is in the open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen area, a beautiful friendly and warm lounge area with a wood stove and a dining room with a large comfortable table that can accommodate up to 8 people.
After a few steps to access the upper floor, a laundry area washing machine and dryer.
The wood stove is available from November to March. A few logs are at your disposal.

1st floor
A large west-facing bedroom, on the street side, a quality 160x200 bed, storage space and a relaxation area with an office area. A modern decoration, a large space and a soft light in the middle of the afternoon that will please you.
This floor is a totally open space that can be separated by a set of blackout curtains to preserve the visual privacy only of the bathroom and the master suite.
The ground floor also serves a 70x140 shower and a toilet.

2nd floor
Access is directly into a magnificent cathedral room bathed in light. A quality 160x200 bed, storage, an office area. A bohemian decoration, a large space and absolute calm.
On the same level a children's sleeping area with two 80x190 beds.

Garden
A pretty flowered and enclosed garden facing East and a terrace with a garden table and a private jacuzzi for 6 people heating up to 40°C from April to October.
Out of respect for the neighbourhood, we ask that you do not use the jacuzzi between 8 pm and 11 am.

All linen is provided: Sheets, bath towels and jacuzzi towels.
