The home has vaulted ceilings throughout with ceiling fans, entertainment center, dining room, breakfast room and fully equipped kitchen. The living room has sliding glass doors that open up to the lanai area with heated pool, outdoor dining and an area for sunbathing. In the evening, the pool is surrounded by soft landscape lights. Perfect for entertaining.

The Master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed, walk in closet, private bath with oversized shower stall and garden soaking tub and private lavatory. This room also has a beautiful view and access to the pool/lanai/lake.

There are a further 2 well furnished bedrooms.

The house is located approximately 4 minutes walk from the Briarwood Community sports facilities; pools, tennis courts, basketball court, sports fields and playground.

Beautiful Briarwood Palms!

Truly lovely home with a great pool and fabulous vista overlooking the pond. Hosts are very proactive ~ couldn’t be nicer! Perfect for a relaxing getaway, 10 minute drive to the town and beaches of Naples!

This was a beautiful place to stay with our family. The pool was amazing and the house was clean and perfect for our stay. With the gated community, we felt safe and at ease. Thank you for opening your home to us and we hope to come back in the future but not in July, it was extremely hot.

Beautiful home

Villa is not so much a villa rental , but a beautiful home. Property was spotless upon arrival , and very well equipped. Bed was extremely comfortable. Villa came with a wide range of bathroom and kitchen necessities which you don't always find. Hosts were charming and very responsive. If we return to Naples, would not hesitate to stay again

Memorable stay in Naples

We thoroughly enjoyed our month at your home. Anne and Marc are fantastic to deal with. Always quick to respond when questions arose. What a treat to wake up every morning and sit by the warm and sunny pool and listen to the birds. Very interesting watching all the different birds throughout the day. We were sad to leave. A fun and memorable holiday had by all.

wunderbares Haus - sehr zu empfehlen

Insgesamt haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus war in allen Punkten so wie beschrieben. Es war wirklich sehr sehr sauber, in wirklich guten Zustand und alles hat funktioniert. Selbst Kaffee für die Kapselmaschine (es gab zu dem auch eine Filtermaschine) war für den ersten Morgen da. Das war richtig gut.Kleinigkeiten wurden direkt während unseres Aufenthaltes immer schnell erledigt. Anne und Marc haben auf mails oft nur in wenigen Minuten reagiert - das war richtig klasse. Besonders schön war es, dass wir einen late check-out hatten, da unser Flieger erst um 7 pm wieder nach Hause ging. So konnten wir wirklich sehr entspannt abreisen - dafür nochmals ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön.Bilder muss ich keine beifügen, da die Bilder auf Fewo absolut aktuell sind und alles sehr realistisch abbilden.Ein kleiner winziger Punkt, den wir jetzt aber auch nicht reklamiert hatten. Das Zimmer mit den Einzelbetten ist glaube ich eher etwas für kleinere Kinder. Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen (unsere Kinder sind schon groß). Und die Betten haben in diesem Zimmer doch schon sehr gequietscht, was nicht so angenehm war - allerdings waren die Kinder nur 4 Nächte da, so dass dies erträglich war. 4 Wochen wären da ungünstig gewesen. Somit ein Tipp: ein neues vielleicht Queensizebed wäre echt Top. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau :-)Also 10 Punkte dennoch voll verdient. Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Floridabesuch mit absoluter Sicherheit wieder anfragen.

Superb extended stay

We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely property for seven weeks. The location is excellent and the outside area overlooking the lake and the wildlife is a wonderful place to relax at any time of day. Just Perfect!

The house was just the perfect spot for our holiday getaway. The house is very clean and comfortable and the outdoor pool was our daily gathering spot. Had a fun time at this well appointed property. From an accommodating host, well stocked & nicely decorated home, to a beautiful residential neighborhood; all came together to make our first visit to Naples a memorable one. While you can't bike ride or walk to the beach, location was just fine. Short car ride to beaches & most other places of interest.

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern für insgesamt 10 Tage im Haus. Das Haus ist super und top ausgestattet! Es fehlt an nichts! Die Lage in der Briarwood Community ist ebenfalls top! Wir haben uns in der gesamten Zeit sehr sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Kinder hatten insbesondere mit dem Pool viel Spaß! Das Haus ist auch uneingeschränkt mit Kindern zu empfehlen. Es gibt ein Babybett, einen Hochstuhl und Spielsachen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr stimmig und stilvoll! Die 10 Tage vergingen leider wie im Flug Wir kommen aber auf jedenfall wieder! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit im Haus!

Super Clean & Professionally Run

This house is set on the Briarwood Lake offering quiet tranquility. The owner ensures the house is pristine clean and adds little professional touches like lots of towels and pool towels, hand soap with extra available, little body wash and shampoo bottles so if you run out of your own your not scrambling. There was even extra toilet paper and paper towels! We bought our own but knew if we ran out we were covered. I’d stay again!
