Christophe is a welcoming host. The house is a like a home, well-equipped and comfortable. It is in a fantastic position, very close to the harbour, the church and the twice-weekly market. Baker just around corner. Looks onto open square with boules piste, playground and welcoming library. Near market there is another bakery, plus butcher and fishmonger, all first-class. New car park for residents very close by. That and square much better than on Street View. House has light conservatory, courtyard garden which opens onto shared garden. No gate to courtyard. Good quality dishwasher and top-loading washing-machine. The absolutely only draw-back is the steps down from front door to living-room and the upper two floors. Bathroom is downstairs, though there is a loo without wash-basin under stairs on the first floor. Top floor occupants have to negotiate stairs in the night. Otherwise it is perfect.

Séjour charmant à Piriac !

Cette petite maison de bourg est pleine de charme ! L'hyper centre étant interdit à la circulation (sauf résident), cela en fait un lieu très calme et propice aux ballades en famille. Toutes les commodités et attractions de la ville et du port sont à qq minutes à pied. La cour et la véranda sont propices aux repas de famille suivant la météo ^^ On a adoré !

Ein wunderschönes Haus und alles drin was eine Familie braucht. Wir wurden von der Vermietern herzlich in Empfang genommen. Unweit vom Haus ist die leckerste Bäckerei des Ortes, mehrmals die Woche ist Markt und das Meer ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir waren in einer Zeit da, an dem jeden Abend eine Attraktion im Ort stattfand. Vom Kunstmarkt bis hin zu Konzerten für jung und alt. Es war wunderschön.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement en plein cœur de Piriac, proche de la mer. Il y a pas mal de vaisselle et nous avons pu recevoir confortablement nos amis. Les voisins sont charmants, ils nous ont offert des prunes de leur jatdin. Le seul bémol : les WC du 1er étage très proches de l'escalier. Excellent séjour

Un très bon séjour au cœur de piriac sur mer

Maison typique du bourg de PIRIAC-SUR-MER très agréable avec en prime un espace extérieur. Une petite cour extérieure et une véranda pour petit dej, dej, dîner à l’intérieur ou à l extérieur. Trois chambres dont 2 d adulte confortables avec très bonne literie au 1 et étage. 1 chambre d enfants au 2ieme spacieuse mais un peu chaude en été largo rtt chaleur. Cuisine très bien équipée comme à la maison pour les repas et un parking pour les voitures juste en face de la maison. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
