This old house located in one of the alleys of the historic town of Piriac sur mer is typical of this small town of character.
Located in the pedestrian zone, in the heart of the village, you are 2 minutes walk from Saint Michel beach, the Port and shops. You will stroll through the alleys on your way back from the beach, branch off by the port to enjoy the entertainment before reaching the house and its pretty garden. Charm and authenticity guaranteed!
The house consists of a living room, a kitchen, a shower room / WC on the ground floor and two attic bedrooms upstairs. One of them closes with a curtain. It has a very beautiful flower garden, enclosed by stone walls, particularly pleasant in summer after the beach!
It is a very comfortable house and very pleasant to live in, you will find everything you need.
You always have access to the house with your car. In July and August you park on the market square located 200 m away, the rest of the year very close to the house.

agréable maison de pêcheur

petite maison de pêcheur bien située à proximité du port, de la plage dans le centre du village. Son emplacement idéal fait que ce peut-être un peu bruyant mais situation idéale. Tout se fait à pieds.Le jardin est très agréble et son équipement confortable. Les contacts avec Madame Caillat -Drouhin et madame Héligon qui nous a accueilli furent très cordiaux Michel

Petite maison sympa avec du charme et fonctionnelle, très jolie jardin, seul bémol "le Vercoquin" un bar proche du gîte a mis nos nuits à rude épreuve entre la musique et ses clients très bruyants.... dommage ! nous étions venus chercher du repos....sinon la Bretagne est toujours aussi magnifique.

Magnifique séjour, une vraie bouffée d oxygène hors saison avec les embruns de l océan à deux pas, un nid douillet, tranquille et confortable pour se ressourcer aussi. À l aise de suite, comme à la maison, et le plein d évasion et d air pur en même temps. Les enfants ont adoré, revigores et reposés en même temps. A refaire, exactement au même endroit et à la même adresse, le plus tôt possible et sans aucune hésitation !

A cette période de l'année (mars) il faut parier sur le temps, et il a été avec nous donc on a pu profiter du charmant jardin de curé ! Seul reproche il manque un transat pour que chacun en ait un La maison est vraiment sympa et les équipements sont parfaits, il ne manque rien (une couette éventuellement) Nous avons passé un super séjour et très bon contact avec la propriétaire

Séjour reposant au calme dans un petit village symlpathique

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette petite maison dans ce merveilleux village, où tous les commerces sont a la porte de ce gite, qui est bien conçu avec tout ce qui faut pour cuisiner comme chez soi, sans oublier la décoration sur le thème de la mer, et le petit jardin... que du bonheur! Nous avons fait de belles ballades à pied sous un temps ensoleillé et découvert la beauté du site. Nous revenons reposés et ravis de ce séjour à Piriac sur Mer.

Petite maison en plein centre ville de Piriac s/mer bien aménagée avec jardin entièrement clos, calme et bien fleuri. Nous avons apprécié le fait d'être au coeur de la ville et de pouvoir sortir à tout moment pour se balader sur le port, dans les ruelles typiques ou pour assister le soir aux spectacles et concerts en tout genre. Plage à proximité.

Super sejour

Sejour trop court tant nous avons apprécié le charme et lé confort de cette location idéalement située en plein centre de Piriac sur Mer. Il n'y a rien à redire, on a tout le confort , un beau jardin qui doit être très apprécié aux beaux jours et un excellent chauffage en cette période hivernale. Je ne manquerai pas d'y retourner.merci de nous en faire profiter.

Excellent séjour dans cette maison pleine de charme. Très bonne description sur le site, la maison est parfaitement située, propre, avec un jardin de rêve. Une semaine magnifique

Nous avons passé une semaine début septembre dans cette belle maison en plein centre de Piriac. Nous sommes un couple d'Allemands avec une fille de 10 ans. Nous avions la chance d'avoir une eu semaine sans un nuage, et c'est ainsi que nous avons profité pleinement du jardin qui était notre salon, foisonnant de fleurs, amoureusement entretrenu, le luxe total. La maison est très bien soignée, bien équipée et très personnelle, correspondant bien à la description. L'accueil était bien organisé et Piriac a tout pour plaire, son marché, ses commerces et restaurants. Bref: Pour nous trois une semaine idéale!
