If you need to stay on Lake Powell for boating then this spot is the most convenient. The line for check-in was over 20 minutes however once we finally got to the receptionist the process was easy although there is a resort fee in addition to the paid rate. Also the laundry in the listing is actually at the nearby camping site. The rooms are adequate but our room was not stocked with conditioner or shampoo. There is a basic coffee shop and two restaurants with lake views. In short, this is fine for a night but not an extended stay.
