We loved our stay it was a great house for 8 of us.. We had a 1.5 year old with us so unfortunately could not use the garden as it had so many steps. Most rooms have no view but they are just for sleeping so not a problem. It was tricky parking as we had 3 cars. All in all we had a great stay. Good location and house had everything we needed
Lovely house in a great location. As for most of Falmouth really steep climb back from the town so not for those with walking difficulties. We had a mobility scooter with us for my dad and this worked well getting to and from the town
Nice house, the property was clean, plenty of room, everything you needed was available and a short walk to shops, would stay again.

Overall impression and value for money
Good overall. Kitchen facilities good apart from one gas job which didn’t work, fortunately there was another. Beds good apart from the loft bed was too short and too soft. Bathrooms good apart from scruffy windows. Loft access very steep and really unsuitable as a bedroom. Windows were rather dirty and scruffy and difficult to open. Very steep steps up to the garden area which were very difficult to negotiate safely with food/ trays etc to sit outside on the terrace. Small yard outside the kitchen was scruffy and chairs were rusty and unusable.
Rather disappointing for the cost of the rental. Fortunately the weather was exceptional which made our short holiday very enjoyable.
The house is in a good location and has great views from the master and attic bedrooms. It’s easy to walk into town and there’s a lovely pub just a few metres down the road. It’s very hilly so any mobility issues would be a challenge. The house is simply decorated and nicely furnished. The kitchen is extremely well equipped - two fridges, lots of cutlery, crockery, pans and other cooking equipment. There are two hobs but only one was working. There’s a table that we were all able to sit and have dinner together. The lounge is lovely, plenty of sofas for everyone to sit and relax with TV & WIFI.The bedrooms were simply furnished and clean. The beds in a couple of the bedrooms were not particularly comfortable to sleep in but most were ok. Both bathrooms were clean with electric showers available in both. The house itself has amazing potential but does need a little TLC. The outside area also needs a little attention and perhaps some updated garden seating. It is not easily accessible for anyone with mobility issues - steep steps and pathway to the raised garden areas, the rear garden gate and the parking space. Parking at the front of the house is free but is also busy at times. Be aware that there are extremely high kerbs which have steps to access the pavement. It was a challenge for my elderly dad but we managed! The host was really helpful and responded to messages. They were really kind by allowing us a slightly earlier entry after our long journey.
We had a great stay here it was in a great location for exploring falmouth and tbe surrounding area and was a good size house for us all. The beds in particular were very comfy.
the bed rooms were very good house in great low cation big kitchen with every thing needed parking ok only thing wish we had was two televisions as not every body likes the same programes otherwize great stay
This is a really comfortable and very well equipped town house and lovely to be so close to the coast and the town centre. We had a fabulous time and the weather was amazing. Some of the crockery needed a thorough clean before use. We purchased some dishwasher salt as that helps with dishwasher cleaning and I think some people probably stack the dishwasher too full , but we felt we must mention as cleanliness is particularly import during covid restrictions). We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place for a great family get-together.
