We really enjoyed our time in Rome, and this property was one of the reasons why. It was central to everything, with plenty of room for my family. It was clean and the check in process was easy. The host was easy to work with and they communicated very effectively. We would strongly recommend this flat, and would stay here again in the future.

Perfect location. Big bedrooms. Elevator. A/C worked great. Friendly hosts. When we first arrived, it smelled like cigarette smoke but by the next day, it was fine. The apartment could probably use a new paint job. But everything worked. Comfortable beds. Nice living area. And in the middle of everything. Small washer worked well.

The elevator was in working condition which was great as it was on the top floor. The Space is a little worn down but excellent and clean. We were 2 couples and stayed for 5 days but only had 2 rolls of TP per bathroom, no paper towels or mop on premises. however the washer was a great to have and the apartment was close to everything. Lara is an excellent host and very communicative. we were greeted and got an explanation about everything. Hope to go back soon.

Apartment was within walking distance of most historical sites provided you are moderately healthy. The floor was dirty, we wore socks inside. I assume it is hard to keep clean considering high foot traffic. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint. As it is, it feels dingy. Otherwise, location was fabulous and owner was very accommodating by allowing us extra time as needed.

We enjoyed our time in Rome. The communication with our host was excellent. Check-in was great and Lorenzo provided maps and shared a wealth of information with us. Air-conditioning, an elevator and umbrellas available for rain or a trip to the Coliseum were extra bonus points for this apartment. It is located near several restaurants. The one thing the apartment lacked was a little TLC... the walls, could use a fresh coat of paint, there were a few light bulbs burned out and there isn't an electrical outlet in the second bathroom. Overall the apartment met our needs. - Denise

The location is very convenient. The apartment had a strong mildew smell mostly from the washer in the bathroom. Lamps had broken ken plugs or burned our bulbs. There street noise until at least 1:00 am every night.

Can’t beat the location. Central to lots of restaurants, bars. Close to taxi rink too and you can walk to most attractions if u are ok with 20-30 min walks. Check in was quick and easy.
