This Penthouse apartment ("angelishouse" - unit A) is provided with a large private PANORAMIC ROOF TERRACE.
The panoramic Terrace allows guest to enjoy maglificent views of Rome' rooftops. This property is located quite in the Heart of Old Historical centre.
The lower level consists of the living/dining room with a sofa bed (single) and kitchen area, the 1st bedroom and the 1st bathroom.
The upper level consists of the 2nd bedroom ("master"), the 2nd bathroom and accesses to the large panoramic roof terrace with a wonderful view of Rome.
Even though Trastevere is a very live/busy area (mostly at night when both natives and tourists like to walk in the narrows "vicoli" characteristic of this area), the street where the property is located is one of the most quiet of the area.
Then, to improve confort (and save evergy) all the windows are also "double glasses" provided.
This property is situated at the 3rd floor (no elevator).

The terrace is also equipped with "Lanai/Veranda", table/chairs, lounge chairs, gas BBQ, led "ambient" lights, lots of plants, flowers and seasonal organic spices.

Very high quality furnishings complete the interior design:

I (or an other member of my family) will personally met and help on your arrival day.

TOURIST CITY TAX (!): it costs Euro 6.00 euro per person, per night for any guests aged over 10 years old. This cost is not included in the cost (“Total rental amount”) of your stay. This municipally tax is calculated only for the first 10 nights of your stay. This tax will be paid (only by cash) upon check in.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Late check in (after h. 20:00) must be clearly noticed/agreed before booking. An extra fee (from Euro 30,00) is applied if later than h. 20:00.
Final cleanings do not include garbage delivering, dishes/glasses/BBQ cleaning (minimum fee € 50,00). Smoking is allowed on roof terrace only.
Not proper A/C-heating usage (as leaving it "ON" when nobody is in) will be charged. Sofa-bed Linens (upon previous request) cost € 30,00 per set.

Even if located in the Heart of 'Trastevere' this property is quiet. In fact, this property is located in the more residential part of Trastevere district (close to 'Piazza in Piscinula'). Then, to improve comfort, all windows (even if the narrow street has a very low car traffic) are double glasses provided too.
The Panoramic Roof Terrace has a WONDERFUL View.
