THE EXPERIENCE
Casa de la Fuente was designed for guests who appreciate exceptional architecture, privacy, and Cabo's effortless beauty.
Enter through a serene private courtyard accompanied by the sound of a gentle indoor fountain. Inside, Egyptian marble floors, natural materials, contemporary art, and warm neutral tones create an elegant but relaxed atmosphere.

The defining feature of the home is its extraordinary connection to the outdoors. Floor-to-ceiling Peruvian wood pocket doors disappear completely, opening the living areas and three main bedroom suites to the Cabo landscape and creating a seamless transition between interior and exterior spaces.

From the home, enjoy sweeping views of the Sea of Cortez and the manicured fairways of the Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course.

OUTDOOR LIVING
The backyard is designed for days spent outside.
Take a dip in the spectacular Venetian-glass-tiled pool, stretch out on the oversized lounge furniture, or gather beneath the Palo de Arco pergola for an afternoon meal or evening cocktails.

The dining pavilion creates an elegant setting for outdoor entertaining, while the dramatic fireplace provides a cozy gathering place after sunset.

A Sonos sound system extends throughout the interior and exterior, allowing you to create your own soundtrack for pool days, dinners, and long Cabo evenings.

Please note: Pool heating is available for $100 USD per day, with a three-day minimum.

Flexible check-in/check-out may be possible when the reservation schedule permits.
Pool heating: $100 USD/day, three-day minimum. Cash payment is required while in residence.
Guests are responsible for damage or loss occurring during their stay.
Lost keys are subject to a $65 USD replacement fee.
Community quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
Visitors are permitted and are the responsibility of registered guests.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
Guests must comply with community HOA rules and Mexican law.
No pets.
Guests 21+ are recommended for reservations.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in or around the pool.
