Beautiful and spacious villa. Our concierge Anna was very helpful throughout the stay. The pictures online don't do it justice. We were fortunate to have our area of the resort all to ourselves, including the pool which is right outside the room. It was easy to get around Esperanza with just a phone call to get picked up in a golf cart. While we could only use our pool, we were still able to access the rest of the resort restaurants and bars. I highly recommend this villa and likely will be back soon.

Fantastic vacation

We had an amazing trip & couldn’t have been happier with Sun Cabo. Everyone that we came into contact with was a pleasure (especially Irene, Jackie & Carlos)! The villa was beautiful & clean with plenty of space. We loved being at Esperanza. The grounds, pools, restaurants & beach were just perfection. Thank you for a great stay!

Excellent

Pre arrival preparations were very useful to setting up a care free stay. We highly recommend having some of your meals cooked in the villa! The food & service were excellent and it was nice to stay "home". Lovely setting. We would go back.

Amazing!!!

This villa was spectacular. 5 of us came on a ladies 40th birthday weekend and could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay. Perfect location and view of the pool area, large bedrooms, kitchen fully stocked with cookware and the MOST COMFORTABLE beds and pillows! I also could not have been more impressed with the coordination of Sun Cabo and with their on-site manager, Jackie - she was awesome! From airport transportation to grocery shopping, they made everything so easy. This villa would be great for families and kids too. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful Cabo Property

We loved the 4 bedroom villa at Esperanza. Each bedroom was spacious with its own bathroom. We came with a group that was a mother/daughter trip so each mother/daughter had their own room/bathroom and plenty of room. The large living room and kitchen were well appointed. The Sun Cabo Vacations concierge took care of all of our needs, including having groceries at the villa when we arrived. The resort is beautiful. The only thing is that we could only use 1 of the 4 pools at the resort because we weren't guests of the hotel. But we used the spa and ate at all of the restaurants which were amazing. We will stay here again!

Auberge Holiday

Love the Resort…Found this rental to be very dated, gloomy in the evening because of dim lighting, no light at all above the cooktop so impossible to cook at night, NO bottled water available upon arrival, had to walk QUITE a distance to purchase at the ‘Mercado’, and not even a small pad/pen to make notes on…had to go to another building/concierge to get paper…I would never stay in this residence again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear that you love the resort, but we're sorry that the rental did not meet your expectations. We apologize for the issues you experienced with the lighting, the availability of essentials like bottled water, and the lack of convenient amenities such as a notepad and pen. Your comfort and satisfaction are important to us, and we will take your comments into consideration to improve the experience in this rental. We appreciate your honesty and hope you will consider staying with us again in a different residence that better meets your needs and expectations. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention.

The condos at Punta Ballena Esperanza are generally excellent. The 3 of us had a 4 bedroom condo - overkill for us, but we booked at short notice. The condo is situated in front of the pool and in very good condition. WARNING - in 20 years booking accommodation at Punta Ballena, I was surprised there was no coffee or any other basic items, even for night one. We had to drive to the La Comer store to get basic products like coffee. Otherwise the experience was as expected.
