The gated grounds are green and gorgeous- a desert oasis! You will feel like you’re at a luxurious resort with 5 heated pools with stunning waterfall features and 5 spas.

Enjoy the convenience of your gated ground floor condo. Step out the back door and wander to any of the 5 pools or Stonecreek Golf Course.

You will find a fully stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare a meal including a full set of cookware, dishes, silverware, glasses, coffee and tea. The condo features tile throughout, and the spacious king bedroom has a walk-in closet, and a comfortable bed with quality bedding and another smart TV.

Fabulous golf course location with several restaurants in walking distance. Sprouts, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe’s each a short drive away. Easy access to freeways leading to Old Town Scottsdale, and Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, also just a short 10 minute drive to Kierland Commons & Scottsdale Quarter, both offering unique, upscale shops and restaurants. Enjoy a great walk on the green belt surrounding the Stonecreek Golf Course. Nice Complex

The condo is in an older but well maintained complex, with multiple swimming pools, small gym and shops nearby. Many units are rented to snowbirds in the winter months. The Unit we rented is ground floor close to the parking. Other than a remodel on the elevator for 3 weeks it was quiet. The bed was very uncomfortable but otherwise it’s a good unit.

This is a great place to stay!

This town home is conveniently centered near almost any store you me may need and are within walking distance. It felt safe and secure. The grounds are keep nice and manicure. This unit is ground level with a charming patio. The inside is fully stocked with everything you may need to live. Nice wall mount tv in living room and bedroom. The unit is spacious and comfortable. My only criticism is he floors and bath tub could be cleaner. I will definitely book again!

Great location, close to all varieties of shopping and restaurants.

Floor plan was great, security and privacy on the grounds. Close to golf course at Stonecreek and hub of walking trails in the area. Property Manager was on top of things when we had issues or questions. Only negative was limited channels on the TV Dish plan on the unit.

great location !

This is a very nice unit and lovely location and pool areas. We had a good time here and it is very convenient to getting around to everything. The only negative item we had was the shower control knob which should be replaced as the control of hot and cold is not good. We also could not find the unit at first as it is marked as 134A and not 134.
