This is a non-smoking & no pet unit & that includes the patio. This property does not allow high profile vehicles, all vehicles must fit under the carport of the assigned parking space. This is a one bedroom, located on the 4th floor of building 14. Completely upgraded with travertine tile, granite countertops, stainless appliances. carpet, furniture. Complete with cooking utensils, linens, etc. WIFI with 65” flat screen in living room, 46" flat screen in bedroom. (adjustable base bed in the bedroom) An electric fireplace for those cozy evenings in the living room. Large walkin shower. The best views from your 4th floor patio. No one above you, very quiet building, 5 pools, 4 heated October thru April, beautiful gym in the community center. Embassy Suites Hotel is next door along with Stonecreek Golf Club. Across the street from Target, Costco, Aldi‘s, TJ Maxx. Also in the area PV Reimagined, Whole Foods, Walmart, REI, Big 5 Sporting Goods, IHOP, Starbucks, Dutch Bros., Red Lobster, Outback, Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse, In-N-Out Burger, Panera Bread Co., Mission BarBQ, Oregano's Pizza, Paradise Lounge, The Golden Wok, Baskin-Robbins, Chipotle Mexican Grill, McDonald's, etc., Many other restaurants. My husband & I have owned & lived in this condo for 15 years. We purchased another condo in one of the other buildings at Anasazi, which is why this one is being rented.
Why they chose this property
This property is a gem of the Paradise Valley area. It is definitely resort living with the 5 pools, (4 heated from October 1st thru April 30th) beautiful grounds for walking.
