Great Mary’s Lake Homebase

We stayed here for Thanksgiving this year and it was all that we hoped it would be - great homebase to explore all that Estes and RMNP have to offer! Convenient to either end of town, the restaurants, as well as all the natural beauty of Estes and the Eastern side of RMNP.

Lots of space & great views

Place was great. 3 bedrooms all had their own bathroom which was great. Plenty of space in the living room/kitchen, location easy to get into Estes Park and RMNP, quite neighborhood and hot tub was clutch after some long hikes. Would highly recommend.

Annual Holiday Getaway

This is our 4th annual holiday vacation to Estes Park and our first to this location. It was a wonderful stay! We particularly liked the views, hot tub, and numerous kitchen supplies. We liked having a garage to park our car, particularly during the snow.

Very nice property on hillside with lovely views (especially from hot tub). It’s actually 4 bedroom as configured for our stay (not 3 per listing) with one up and three down.

Beautiful Home with Gorgeous views!

We had a wonderful time staying here. We enjoyed the beautifully decorated home with amazing views of the mountains. We were able to view elk, deer and birds from the deck. It was a great week relaxing in the house after hiking in the mountains. Thank you!!

Awesome Property

Beautiful property and awesome mountain views. We attended a wedding over the Labor Day weekend and this property did not disappoint. It was very clean, well-stocked with towels and personal care products and plenty of room for all. Wish we had more time to stay longer.

Could not have picked a better VRBO for views, location, size, price, customer service. The Hot Tub was in drastic need of being cleaned and the owners were there immediately and took care of it. We were very thankful for that and had a great time. I would highly recommend staying here. Minutes from RMNP and all the things to do in Estes Park too!

Couldn’t have picked a better place for our stay in Estes Park

Wow. What a fabulous property. It was perfect for our family of four including two young adults. Nicely furnished. Beds were comfy, bathrooms well stocked with soap, body wash and shampoo, kitchen had everything we needed and the deck and grill made dinner a breeze. Highly recommend!

Perfect Stay

The condo was exactly as advertised. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Quality bedding and towels. Fireplaces made for cozy gathering spots for the family. Welcome basket was a wonderful touch. We used 3 of the 4 beds and everyone had their own bathroom - what a perfect layout. Thanks for making our stay so welcoming and comfortable.

Near perfect

We had some lights that didn’t work and a dirty sink when we arrived. Other than that, the hot tub was hot (HIGHLY chlorinated), the view was priceless, beds were ok. Had games to play and tv for the evenings. Will be back!

Great Condo

We had a great time and the condo was beautiful and very nice and had every thing you need for your stay. The only disappointment was we were not able to use the hot tub. There was no water in it. Called the property management company Thur. Fri. and Sat, but they never came to fill it.

Just Do It!

If you are considering booking this property, don’t hesitate. In addition to the all around 5 stars, there is plenty of room in this beautifully decorated home for everyone to gather without being crowded. The two levels provide the space that those vacationing together might need from time to time. We were three generations traveling together and felt quite comfortable and ‘at home’ during our stay. The kitchen is completely stocked if you wish to eat in, the linens are soft, beds comfortable, views are great, location is convenient to RMNP as well as going downtown via hwy 7. Sabina was wonderful to answer any questions. I highly recommend 345 Kiowa Dr.

Overall, a wonderful stay but a few important details!

Overall, our group really enjoyed the stay! It was a very nice home with an amazing view and plenty of space! The only feedback I have was that in this unit, the sleeper sofa is in the UPSTAIRS living area, not the downstairs as advertised. This was a significant issue for our group as all of the people staying here specifically did not want to be sleeping in the main area for privacy and comfort. Fortunately, one couple was able to go buy an air mattress and put it downstairs to solve the problem. If you are wanting 4 separate sleeping areas without using the upstairs living space, bring an air mattress. Also, it did not affect us, but I noticed on the fridge that there is a strict 8-person limit on this home, REGARDLESS of age. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay! The house was clean, the hot tub was hot, the beds were comfy, and the views were stunning!
