Thank you for a wonderful place to relax and call home for awhile, we never wanted to leave! The condo was in a great location, very clean and stocked with everything you could need. The hot tub was amazing to soak in after driving 13 hours! We also saw several nice deer and a large herd of elk hanging out by the road several times during our stay.
Can’t say enough wonderful things about the host! I accidentally booked the wrong days & didn’t realize it until we were about to board the flight (pregnancy brain.) Thankfully the house wasn’t booked & she was able to accommodate us for the days we needed. The place was clean & cozy! Only negative thing was it was somewhat difficult to find when arriving at night but once we found it the first night, that wasn’t a problem we had again! It is close to Estes Park without being in the hustle & bustle of the downtown area! We had a wonderful stay & absolutely would stay again!
Such a great condo! Mountain View’s and just a short walk to Mary’s Lake. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was great for relaxing evenings. The pool was heated which was perfect for the 70 degree days we had. Parking was great too as it was 10 steps from the front door.Seriously such a great find!
Bath towels, shower curtain and comforters need replaced. More thorough cleaning, vacuum under couch, remove mold in master bedroom shower, throw pillows and throws in livingroom need replaced. Check in was easy. It is away from downtown but an easy 5 minute drive. I did communicate all items to manager. We had a great time.
Quaint, cozy and fulfilled all of our needs. Loved the location and Sunrise views. Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park are a must see! Would recommend.
Amazing view from unit. We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed the bedroom fireplace and well stocked kitchen. Unit was clean. Property manager was great. Check in and out was easy and location was close to town and RMNP. Excellent rental for couple.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at this property. The unit was beautiful, convenient, clean, and had everything we needed for our week-long stay. The location was excellent, about 15 minutes from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and 10 minutes from downtown Estes Park. The mountain views really added to the experience. In our case, the check-in, was unnecessarily difficult. There was conflicting information about the unit number: the VRBO email listed the property as Unit 29C, while the text message from Ponderosa Realty listed it as Unit 40B. This caused us to spend quite a bit of time searching and resulted in an unnecessary delay. Since the unit numbers are not arranged in an obvious order, map showing the location of the units would be very helpful. As far as cleanliness and amenities, the unit was generally very good. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the jacuzzi was a nice bonus. Everything listed in the property description was provided. The only minor issues were the lack of shampoo and the limited supply of toilet paper for a week-long stay There were also a couple of maintenance issues in the bathrooms. There was visible mold in the corners of one shower, and the shower curtain in the other bathroom appeared to have mold as well. These issues should be addressed, especially considering the otherwise, clean condition of the unit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.Thank you.
We wanted a quiet little mountain cabin to stay in and rest in, one that would feel like home between all our adventures, and this was all that and more. The bed was massive & super cozy and the kitchen allowed us to cook many meals, which was amazing. It was super easy and made our time in Estes Park incredible! Thank you! We felt well taken care of with all the kitchen supplies and utilities available.
The facility was very nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay. There were a lot of stairs from the parking lot to the unit. Parking was a real challenge. There we not enough spots for all the people staying at the facility.
